Sadly, after three different visits months apart, the service NEVER changes. Workers are rude and cut you off mid order. I kid you not, we were ordering, the lady cuts us off, "GIVE ME A SECOND" and shuts off her headset. Leaving us sitting there for 5 minutes just to finish our order. If you're going to start taking an order, finish taking it, or state before asking for the order, "just a moment." It seems as though, there's no training at this location. At other restaurants, they prompt you on your order to make it go smoothly, not here...you order and they say "ok," I know this isn't necessary but goodness me, please learn to take an order properly or get new people on drive thru. On top of that, they ask for your order, and then when you get to the window they have you REPEAT the order...WHATS THE POINT OF ORDERING AT THE SCREEN?! I want to recommend that they top up their syrups in their beverages. Got an orange Fanta this evening and it tastes like tonic water dyed orange, no orange flavouring at all! The food tastes alright and everything was given, it did take a while as they were cooking the chicken FRESH for us, but other than the wait, the food itself is just fine.

There was a few visit-streak of the chicken being extremely salty, or extremely oily. We used to always get the bonafide chicken but I can't stomach it anymore because of how fatty and greasy it is. My favourite items are the tenders, ghost pepper wings, fries, coleslaw and usually both the mini delta chicken sandwich and regular chicken sandwich! Oh! And the poutine. It has a really unique tasting gravy. Very heavy though. The chicken in the items mentioned above are typically AMAZING!! Usually perfectly seasoned, juicy, not gross, and they hit the spot. With the poutine though it's usually a hit or miss with regards to the cheese. I've gotten poutines and the cheese won't even be partially melted. Prices are good for what you get in my opinion. In terms of service and atmosphere, this is where I knock off stars. They recently renovated this location and it does look a bit better, but the atmosphere and cleanliness hasn't improved much. It's usually busy and I've seen my fair share of disgruntled customers. In terms of staff, I haven't had any horrible experiences. They don't seem very organized or attentive though. It's a lot of youth working there which is great, but I think they need better systems. Service can be slow. It's not unusual to look for a seat only to find tables with grease, food crumbs, or spilled fries underneath. It's also not unusual to find fruit flies. Last time I went in one we sat at the first clean table we found only to realize it was broken and not stable to put our food on. Something to note is that if you go in, you can't hide the fact that you've been XD because you'll probably reek of the smell. It smells HEAVILY of grease. Something concerning that happened recently was during my last visit with my family. There was a lady yelling at the staff, absolutely livid, supposedly calling out the staff on picking up a food item off the floor and putting it back with the rest of the food. We're not sure if that actually went down or if someone was just having a rouuuuugh day...but I wouldn't be surprised if I saw it with my own eyes. Overall I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place, but if you need a good food kick it does the trick.

Just doesn't seem like a relaxing place for a meal. Staff were friendly and very efficient in moving customers through the order area and brought my order to my table. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a coke. The sandwich was ok but to me on the dry side. The chicken sandwich was ok but not as good as the offerings from Popeyes. Waffle fries were ok but a bit under done for me, not crispy and pale looking. Anyway, not overly enthused by Chick-Fil-A, nice to try but probably wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

First, they have options for white or multi-grain buns, both costing the same. Since I like to be healthy, I chose multi-grain. Good on them for offering bun options since most other restaurants only offer white buns. Second, they have awesome service, with the employees knowing many of the regulars and offering options for customers to get more value for their meal. However, I ordered a swiss melt burger...and the patty was extremely dry. They advertised juicy burgers, but my burger was anything but. The grilled mushrooms were minimal, and the grilled onions were pretty much regular raw onions placed on the grill...which actually didn't taste too bad. Finally, the onion in the onion rings were good, but the coating was too hard and too crispy. I'll probably give Sonny's and Frat Burger a try before I come back here.
