I went to another salon for a few months before finding Citrus and had numerous problems (techs actually hurting my hands and feet, way way too much noise from conflicting TVs and music, very unfriendly people). But Citrus righted all those wrongs. I will say - not every tech was right for me. But after trying a few times and finding the people who ARE right for me, I am extremely pleased. I can tell there are a lot of regulars here who feel the same. And if you have any issues, you can take them to the owner, Amanda, and she will make things right.
