When they asked why I was there I told them why. The salesperson was upset because his current victims/customers were there and overheard. He showed up at my house to do his best to embarrass me. From my driveway, he started to yell at me that I cost him business. This time I have a ring doorbell to catch his unprofessional possibly steroid induced behavior. He cost himself business by being a liar. The owner came by my house after this fiasco and offered me paint so I could paint my door the BLACK color that I initially ordered. He had the gall to say that the espresso/black color went better with my house anyway. My house was under renovation so he proved my point-I'm not trying to match the current color. I'm matching what it will be. Lastly, the fancy keypad doorknob they sold me was not installed correctly because the door would not close!!! They came back to fix it to loosen the screws to accommodate the misalignment. I wasted over $10000 on this poor excuse of a business. RUN. It is not worth it to do business with this company. They also need promised satisfaction guaranteed but they don't mean the customer-they are only concerned with themselves. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I did order in fall, and the windows as promised ready in the 6-8 week time frame. We were in a deep freeze at that time. I didn't want to do the install until nicer weather. At this time the windows were installed. All 18 casements, bay window and sliding glass door. I couldn't be happier with the 2 day install for windows and flashing that they replaced throughout the outside of the house. I am SO happy I did, the windows are only a few days old but just WOW I cannot say anything else. I have already recommended her to my family and colleagues and I will continue to use her for the rest of the windows that need to be done. Great value for a great price and I am just so so happy with how everything happened. The installation day also was done in about 3 hours for 11 custom huge windows. Evelyn then showed up a little after to thoroughly inspect every single one and explain the process of any warranty should there be an issue, what an incredible experience from start to finish. BRAVO. MOM & POP SHOP GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND…read more Last year, in the middle of winter, the owner drove to my home from his home, hours away -- our garage door was frozen in the OPEN position. My old wooden double garage door revealed a stocked garage for passers by to see. We were panicking. The owner generously drove to us, and didn't leave until he was certain we were fine and the garage was operating as it should. I would recommend Queen Able hands-down simply based on the owner's can-do, customer-focused attitude -- but his workers are excellent, too. Days ago, one of his men spent an inordinate amount of time performing an annual maintenance review. As always, a positive, friendly, caring attitude was clear. But most importantly, the technician knew what he was doing and possessed real experience in fixing older garage doors. Suffice to say, my maintenance and tune up issues exceeded expectations. I have been incredibly impressed by multiple experiences with Queen Able. *When you call them for maintenance/repair - they do not try to take advantage and push you to purchase a new door. Unless of course, you truly need one. You have to admire that.

Your feedback once again reflects our unpleasant experience with you. I am attaching our email…read moreexchange for people to see the accurate interaction. After much back and forth, you threatened to place a mechanical lien against me, and I replied that I would provide negative reviews. I said I did not want the door and you said you would take it back. I agreed to it and said I wanted my deposit back. I said I would start again with another company to get a white, not gray door. You said you would get back to me. The email below shows your "amicable resolution." You attempted to charge ABOVE the original cost of the door to remove the gray one. The manufacturer of the door did say that this is their version of white. As can be seen by the pictures, it is not white. It did match the color chip they brought to our house AFTER the door was installed. Again, this is YOUR business and you should know this when you sell a "white" door to a customer who orders from you on the phone based on a brochure. As to the "independent contractor" YOU recommended, he was asked to add two 2x4 pieces to buffer the areas he removed in order to ensure proper support of a large beam. This is not out of the realm of the job he was doing. He obliged and was paid in full and on time. I posted reviews of our experience with you on several sites so that others who search for garage doors will have a full and factual picture of our experience. That is what these sites and reviews are for. Yvette, We are writing in response to your recent email, in which you threatened legal action if we do not pay in full for a garage door that we neither approved nor are satisfied with. Let us be absolutely clear: your company failed to deliver the product we reasonably expected. Your technician came to our home, took measurements, and handed us a brochure from which we selected a white garage door. We were not shown a physical color sample or informed that the manufacturer's "white" would be gray. We reasonably relied on your expertise and representations, and what was delivered does not meet those expectations. Your statement regarding that you truly hoped to resolve this amicably is insulting. You did nothing to offer a resolution. We have decided to complete payment and end our discussion with you. Your company and the way you handled this matter show how little you care to meet your customers' expectations. I wanted to follow up on our recent conversations regarding the garage door installation. As previously explained, the door installed is the manufacturer's standard white, which is the white they offer. Any deviation from that color would have required a custom order and powder coating, which comes at a significantly higher cost. Per our written communications and your deposit, there is a valid contract between us. As such, the remaining balance is due in full. We were advised that if we are forced to remove the installed door, we would be entitled to collect the following from you: The full cost of the door and opener Labor costs for both installation and removal Lost wages associated with this project We truly hoped to resolve this matter amicably, but if the outstanding balance is not paid promptly, we will have no choice but to begin legal proceedings to recover the amount owed. This will serve as our final attempt to resolve this matter before pursuing legal action. To avoid further proceedings, please ensure payment is received by May 16th.
