They said they needed to call the driver (cause they 'send it out') but the driver should be here at 10. We came back at 10 and both women were in the back. So either the "send out" was a lie to give them time or they in fact forgot about the clothes and never sent them out. Moral of the review: if you want the service done on time this is not the place to go. The place doesn't seem organized at all and I wouldn't be surprised if they lost clothes frequently.

I was very specific about the details--monogram placement, font, and even requested that my name be done in all lowercase. Unfortunately, every item was done incorrectly. The monogram on the scarf was placed upside down (so when worn, it read incorrectly), and both the sweatshirt and pajamas were embroidered in the wrong font and not in lowercase as requested. When I brought this to their attention, I was told the original items could not be corrected and would need to be replaced and re-embroidered. To their credit, they agreed to repurchase the items. However, when I returned to pick them up, none of the items had been embroidered at all--and the pajamas provided were not even the correct pair. At that point, I requested a refund for the embroidery services I never received. I was told the employee present was unable to process a refund. I had to insist on getting something in writing stating that I would be refunded, but I have little confidence this will actually happen. I have not received a phone call, email, or any other communication to try to rectify the issue or send a refund. I've since filed a dispute with my bank. Between the repeated errors, lack of attention to detail, and inability to resolve the issue properly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience--especially given that these items were meant for a special occasion. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. The level of inaccuracy and lack of follow-through here is simply unacceptable.

The comforter was folded and packed into the same type of carrying bag it came in years ago (great for summer storage) and the duvet was pressed and hanging over a heavy-duty hanger. Not a hint of the stains anywhere, both exactly as fresh-looking as new.
