Asked that a series of weights be sewn into curtain hems. They put in two, saying I didnt need any more. They displaced the pin marking the length on one set at the counter, making a guess necessary. They completely screwed up the tension rod panels which were each supposed to be 50" long and 18" wide. They made two panels 100" long, 9" wide. Then because they had messed up, I had to go to 48" which would just barely work. But they made one side of each panel 47" making them both lopsided and useless. Don't waste your hard earned money. These people either don't know what they're doing or don't care.

I went to pick them up on the Saturday they were supposed to be ready and was told they needed 30 more minutes. I got my hair done and came back a couple hours later and still had to wait another 30 minutes. I also noticed other patrons coming and going having the same experience. So I'll probably take my stuff there again but not worry too much if it takes longer than promised.
