YES! They have a Server Robot !
Kimberley K.

I'm not really sure I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for Korean food. I'm not a Korean food "expert "... but I'm SURE the flavors could be so Much MORE. Years and years have gone by whereby I've dined at various Korean restaurants all over the US and in Korea itself ... and as a non-Korean person I can say that I have a clue as to what these dishes are supposed to taste like. There is something missing in the flavor(s) profile here .... And I can't quite put my finger on it ( scratching head ) You can also smell it in the air when you walk into the restaurant .... It's heavy in the grease coming from the kitchen ... Come and taste the food for yourself .. maybe you can shed some light on it

Great little find. Large menu with lots of interesting things to try and prices are quite reasonable for the quality. Each dish comes with rice and five sides. I had the marinated beef which was very tasty. Love the robot server too.

Place is clean and bright. Japchae was good but very small portion. If you are only interested in BBQ this place is ok. They are not authentic as they are not giving you the lettuce to wrap the BBQ in. The Ban Chan was ok. Dumplings were dry and over cooked. Fried chicken was ok, a little heavy on the breading. Will have to think about coming again as it' has a limited menu of Korean food.

I ordered Suduabu with meat. This is the meat that you get for $20. Worst Korean that I have had in a long time.

No good. Not going back. Bon Chan is lacking flavor except for the cucumbers. Tofu soup was very small with indescribable meat bits.

This is our go to Korean place in the desert. The quality is quite good and we are from the Bay Area. The service is good and the place is clean.

Grabbed a to-go order.. was craving tteokbokki. First time here, smelled really good when I walked in and the hostess and quick to greet me me. My order was ready in 10 minutes I was pleased! The tteokbokki was a bit watery but flavor was there. I forgot to snap a pic but I also ordered the squid, it was very good. Next time I'd like to dine in!

10/10 highly recommend. I've been coming here for years, and Katie is hands down the best server…read moreever. She's incredibly attentive, friendly, and even remembers our usual order every time we come in. That said, the experience can be very inconsistent depending on the staff. When we don't have Katie or Alan, the service tends to fall short. Unfortunately, the other day was the worst we've experienced. Our server seemed disengaged, even rolling her eyes when we finally flagged her down to order more food. After placing the order, it was never entered, and we ended up waiting about 20 minutes with nothing on our grill. We'll definitely keep coming back because we love the place, but I really wish the level of service was more consistent across the entire team, more like what we get with Katie and Alan.

But at least they added more water to their long-grain rice do it's not very typical. Otherwise, I would have hated it, having the rice dancing all over my mouth...where the sticky ones doesn't. The boneless marinated beef chuck was great! The one that come in cubes. I recommend "B" option to include more savory meats such as Gal-bee and some other premium steak for another $5 or so per person. I enjoyed the spicy tofu soup, which I had it several times for the comfort. Their miso soup was good, also. Their Kimchi wa bit sour, bur I asked for me! Plus the hostess asked me if I wanted an ice cream. That I appreciated the gesture without having to ask...

I was so incredibly impressed with Da Chef Noodle, I felt actually giddy joy when discovering it existed and then even more excited once I learned the food is as good as you think it is going to be when you walk in. Staff was low key but kind and helpful. I popped in on accident one night when I was in the area and have ordered several times since. My first fortune cookie read: You are in the right place for something unforgettable. And boy, were they right! The roast pork was sweet, tangy balanced perfect with salty. The walnut shrimp might be the best I've ever had and I've lived all over the world. Typing this now, I can't wait to go back. I'm new out here to the valley and didn't expect to find such incredibly delicious Chinese food. So grateful for this find!

I've been several times, the first time about 3 weeks after it opened. Didn't write a review then, or did I? Anyway... It is about the size of a Starbucks lobby, complete with standard decorative restaurant applications. There's a couple of tables and a half dozen booths to sit in. Soda selection is limited, and they do have a few adult beverages there as well. I don't drink, so I usually don't check out the drink menu. Not to make the staff seem too stereotypical, but as soon as I heard the yelling in the kitchen, with the language of the natives, I knew from the first visit, this was gonna be at the very least, a tasty meal. This visit was not a disappointing one. I ordered the potstickers, and an order of combo lo mein. Very good and very filling. And all the flavors were very authentic. I will say the service is hot and miss, but only because the language barrier is somewhat thick. But, I really don't need to ask for anything else past the meal being set, because that's ultimately what matters, in my opinion. As long as we communicate, the plates and cups aren't thrown at me, I'm a happy camper. I feel like this place is a little more popular for take out, but I think it is also worthy of a sit in meal. I'm having the duck next time... Thanks!

Their food was still very good, and I was lucky to be there before they close for the summer. Recommendations: Garlic cucumber, clear noodle with dressing, spicy combo pot, stir fried lamb, spicy wonton soup, fish with sichuan pickles The only thing I don't recommend is fried eggplant. They even charged me for food they didn't even deliver. When I expressed I never got the food yet she charged me she tried to get me to pay for someone else's food. I told her that was not my bill. I've had "instant" noodles that took longer than the 5 minutes it takes to get my food here. It's the ultimate win for anyone who is perpetually hangry. The "Sister" Vibes The secret sauce isn't just in the bottle--it's Veronica. Walking in doesn't feel like walking into a franchise; it feels like walking into your sister's house for lunch. The customer service is so warm and genuine that I half expect her to ask me why I haven't called our mom lately. Whether you're calling it in or strolling through the door, the service is consistently top-tier. Cleanliness is Next to... This Place I've been in "fine dining" establishments that aren't as tidy as this spot. The dining area and restrooms are immaculate. You could practically eat your chicken bowl off the floor (though I'd recommend using a table, because they have plenty of those, and they're actually clean). The Perks (Not an Ad, Just a Fan) Pro-tip: Sign up for the rewards program. I am not sponsored (Flame Broiler, call me?), but the little freebies and goodies you rack up are a total game-changer. Since you're going to be eating here three times a week anyway, you might as well let the perks pile up. It's basically like getting paid in deliciousness to do something you were already going to do. The Verdict: If you want amazing food, lightning-fast speed, and a vibe that makes you feel like family, this is the Indio go-to. Can't go wrong with the Flame Broiler. 10/10, would bowl again.

Would rather hold out for better sushi options than settle for someplace that's just average. For context solid sushi spots in the desert are hard to come by, understandably. La Quinta actually has two of my favorites BUT they are only open for dinner hours. So I've been on the search for solid sushi spots that have lunch hours. Being that Sam's Sushi was open for lunch and has moderate reviews, thought that they were worth a try. The ambiance of the spot is basic. There was a proper sushi bar which I could appreciate and the restaurant was spacious. My biggest issues were cleanliness and freshness. The tables weren't clean enough for my preference (soy sauce containers were sticky and the plate they sit on hadn't been cleaned for a while). Also I found the temperature inside to be a little too warm, which is always a red flag to me when dealing with seafood. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2 stars is the staff were friendly. Despite being busy they had me seated quickly and also food was at a good pace. One of my drinks was forgotten by the server but he was kind and apologized about it, so not a big deal. As again, they were busy. Overall the reason for the lower review is primarily for the food and quality. I ordered a $25 bento box (not quite trusting or committing to larger sushi rolls) and was still underwhelmed. The best part of my meal was the miso soup and California roll. The California roll was average but tasty. However, the other two box options were meh. The mixed tempura had hits and misses. Tempura shrimp was decent. However, the veggies were too thick - so the batter to veggie ratio was off. Still edible though. The bummer with the bento box was the sushi and salad. Salad had barely any dressing, and not the tasty ginger or sesame dressing that most have - the dressing was so minimal I couldn't even tell you what it was. Also the sushi just didn't taste fresh. The ebi was fine but usually I wouldn't choose this for sushi. The salmon was edible but not super fresh and the yellowtail was stringy and I couldn't eat it. For $25 the plate looked appealing but lacked good flavor/execution. Overall, the place was busy so I'm hopeful they have a good following with locals and I saw a lot of professionals here for a quick lunch break. I just think there are substantially better sushi spots in the desert...I'm spoiled and have lots of good sushi spots at home that this spot wouldn't be one I'd be eager to come to again soon.
