I made a huge mistake taking it to another auto body shop to switch out my grill and the first place I took it too did a shitty job. Leaving my hood with a big gap between the bumper and hood not only that my hood could not open and the warning light would not go off warning me my hood is open when it's locked and unable to pop open. I should have checked with Brian first it's something they could have done without all the hassles. Lesson learned! Got my full refund from the shitty first place and took to Brian and they confirmed it's a job they can do. Scheduled the apt drop off and pick up 5 hours later and I was so impressed with the job. I requested that my two tires be put in my trunk because one of them were actually brand new winter tires, a Pirelli $500 tire that I bought a few months earlier. When I called and confronted the store about it they tried to act as if they were not at fault and said they through my tire out. My opinion is they stole it and sold it. Do not trust this business. Two months ago, I had my break pads and rotors replaced here. I dropped off my car in the morning…read moreand was able to pick it up by early afternoon-quick and convenient with reasonable rate. Today, I went back because I started hearing this awful squeaky/grinding sound coming from one of my front tires/brakes. Emmanuel (Owner) put my car up on the lift, took off tire, examined it, and was able to find a small rock caught between the tire and the break. He showed me the rock and where it had lodged itself. After putting everything back together, he handed me my keys and sent me on my way-no charge at all, even though he spent a good 40 minutes fixing it!!! I'm so thankful for his help, his labor, and his precious time. Most importantly thankful for his honesty. He could've easily said I needed new parts, but he didn't. This time, I didn't even have to leave the shop. ( made an appointment yesterday) He took care of my car as soon as he became available. The only thing I didn't like was actually the customers in the small waiting room on their phone playing games with sound on and talking on speaker phone. No etiquette. :( Recommend by my friend who used to get service from the previous owner of this shop who also was an honest man. I will definitely continue to come back here.
