    Double Cheeseburger

Loveeeee it here! The food is always hot & tasty, and the staff is always nice & helpful. I order my food, sit for about 10 min, then everything is ready! Tables are clean and the ambiance feels like a mom + pop burger joint. I get the salt & vinegar french fries with a double cheeseburger-- add bacon and caramelized onions. Y'all DON'T forget the Marty's sauce!! Get there and freestyle if you want, Everything hits! 10/10 yall! I would eat everyday, if not for summer being so close

So glad they opened an outpost around the hood. I've been at their Central Ave location. Much larger and more space to sit down. Regardless, service and food were excellent. We were there when a whole bunch of fire fighters were ordering. A sign for a good spot. Lunch and dinner recommended. Outpost makes sense as well for the location and home delivery service focus. Either way, if you are near, go support them so maybe they can open a larger space for the hood. Marty's gets a recommendation!

Great burgers and amazing fries with fast and friendly service. I would definitely come back, small inside with limited tables but super cute.

*reviewing on food only, by delivery. Everything was packaged really well! Drinks were all sealed and in cup holders. Didn't dine in, though driving by it, you can see it's definitely smaller than the other Marty's locations. Food was good! Nothing mind blowing but happy to have a smash burger place in the Journal/McGinley square area! The fries were a little greasy/soggy but I think that's more of a delivery consideration than a Marty's issue. Really enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich as well! Nice heat level, crispy, cooked well! Rise n Shine burger comes with a fried egg and Taylor ham (no runny yolk like I was hoping for but still pretty good). Milk shakes were good too.

Tastes kind of like Culver's Butter Burger. It was pretty good. Salty. And, the special sauce was kind of good.

This visit was for Saturday lunch which has brunch dishes and some limited lunch menu items. The " bluefin tuna" appetizer was really well presented with avocado, thinly sliced cucumbers with the tuna served over the fried rice. The beef carpaccio was also very good served over a potato. Our waiter was a Jordanian gentlemen. He was excellent. It was a highlight to have a pleasant, polite, respectful, professional! The lunch was good. The shoestring fired potato's were amazing. The scallop and truffle appetizer was like nothing I've ever had before. The halibut was presented beautifully and presented a mix of flavors and textures that was just fantastic. Dessert is another stand out experience, the chocolate cake with nuts is epic. The ambiance is…read moreperfect--moody, upscale, and consistently chic--making it a great choice for a high-end night out. The Food: The star of the night was the Spicy Rigatoni. The creamy Calabrian pepper tomato sauce delivers a legitimate, vibrant heat that doesn't hold back. Breaking into the Italian burrata is essential; the creamy center beautifully tempers the spice, while the micro basil adds a nice hit of freshness. We also started with the truffle fries, which were executed perfectly--crispy, aromatic, and a total highlight. The Service: While the food was top-tier, the service wasn't great which is why I deducted 2 whole stars. I ordered a ginger ale that never made it to the table, yet it still appeared on our final bill - not cool. It's a small detail, but at this level of dining and price point, you expect those things to be caught. Also, the service overall was pretty slow which was disappointing. Verdict: Even with the minor billing oversight, the culinary execution is elite. If you're a fan of bold, spicy pasta and a great atmosphere, this is still a JC must-visit. Just double-check your tab!

What a warm, friendly, neighborhood mom 'n' pop restaurant--exactly the kind I love to support. While our food took a bit of time to arrive, it was clearly made from scratch with TLC. You could practically taste it in every bite. Throw in the fact that menu is mostly tried-and-true American comfort food, and you've got a winning combination for an easy dinner that won't break the bank. Our housemade Fish Cakes were perfectly fried, stuffed with fish, and felt like something you'd eat from a stand in downtown Kingston, Jamaica. The Four Cheese Mac 'n' Cheese--at just $10--was a large enough portion for two peoples, made with thinner than traditional macaroni noodles and a lovely broiled top that imparted a smokey char. But the star of the show was undoubtedly the namesake burger. It's one of the best burgers I've had in a long, long time. The grass-fed beef was so perfectly cooked--all the hearty meat flavor you could want and full of succulent jus. The other accompaniments were placed perfectly within the rich, toasted brioche bun, making every bite feel like the culinary equivalent of Jon Bon Jovi singing in your mouth (or insert other American musical icon of your choice). Even the fries were stellar, like Richie Sambora crooning harmony next to Jon.
