On time, professional, fast, and under quoted price even with a generous tip. These guys are excellent.

Super professional movers who really know what they're doing. Very efficient and careful with moving in and out of the property and piano is covered so it won't get damaged. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a piano moved. read more

these guys did a great job moving a piano from my neighbor's house to mine in Issaquah. I found a couple piano moving companies from web and called them for quotes. One company charges flat rate, and this company gives estimates. Given the short moving distance this one is cheaper, but I was a bit suspicious as I heard lots of stories before about moving companies charge more than their quotes. It turned out that my worries were un-necessary -their quote is very reliable. I'm also very pleased by their friendly manner. They provide super services with good price. I will definitely recommend them to my friends, and use them in the future. Signed up on Yelp just to give this feedback. I know how it is when using a service that you never use before. Hope others can find it helpful. Also wanted to reward those who do good businesses. read more

When faced with a grand piano that wouldn't quite fit into our elevator, they took their time to pause, intelligently work through the issue and find a simple solution. Contrasted with the the usual instrument-heaving barbarians we've endured, I've wouldn't think twice about using them again. read more

These guys were great. I think I worked with a crew out of there Bellevue office (it was a Tacoma to Redmond move) and they were very professional. Scheduling was easy, even though they are quite in demand. They always handled my calls promptly. They did a great job. I see why they get so much good word of mouth. read more

We bought a piano from a little old lady in our church. The move was hassle free and the movers were super nice. The price ended up being half what we were quoted from other piano movers. I am very pleased with everything. I will definitely recommend Martinson to everybody I know. read more

The three gentlemen who came to move our piano were not only very professional and careful with moving our precious piano but were so knowledgeable about the care and keeping of our instrument. We highly recommend this company. read more

I called and got a quote from Martinson, which seemed very reasonable. We set a move date. They showed up on time and were personable. They did a great job moving my 100 year old piano--which I have moved 6 times in the last 15 years. I have never had a good piano moving experience until this time. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

I just wrote a review for this company under the heading of Martinson Piano Moving and Storage as well. I had an old upright piano in my basement that came with the house, and now I needed to send it to someone who would love it....These movers came (4 very nice strong men) and moved this piano with amazing ease despite odd corners, narrow steep stairs (1/2 inch on either side to spare!) and having to zig-zag through the kitchen doors. They did a fantastic job and very were nice as well. I would highly recommend this company for moving pianos! Fantastic job done by all! read more

Very professional service with a reasonable price! You can even pay them with a credit card although a check will make the whole process go faster. read more

These guys exceeded my expectations - gave me a call to let me know when they were an hour away and showed up promptly with the right number of people for the narrow stairs I'd mentioned over the phone. Watching them move my new 6'1" grand (yay!) was awesome. They were clearly professional and experienced; they treated the piano (and my walls and floor) respectfully and carefully, and they were very fast and friendly. And they worked together like a machine. Should I need to move the piano, I will definitely call them again. (I originally stuck this review under "Gable/Martinson Piano Moving" in Bellevue, but moved it to here since I think they're based in Everett and that was the number I'd called; not sure if it matters. Both numbers (+ Lynnwood, Seattle) are on the same business card.) read more

I painted a piano for this years Pianos in the Parks, and Martinson Piano Moving Company moved and stored the pianos for this years events. They were very professional and courteous. I will continue to use them going forward as I was able to keep the piano I painted at Inscape Arts. Thank you MPM! Eric Kolbe read more

We have been repeat customers over the years. This latest move left much to be desired. This was a first floor, wide-open move with ample room to slide the small upright piano along a pathway between stairs and the back of a sofa to its final destination 2 feet away against a wall. One of the movers complained about having no space and told me that my daughter and I would have to move the sofa instead. Really? I've seen their movers in the past take the same piano up two flights of stairs and literally turn it on a dime to get it around a railing - **WITHOUT** complaints!! He finally came around whe the other mover and I convinced him moving the sofa was totally unnecessary. He was entirely unprofessional and we will not hire Martinson again. read more

I highly recommend Martison piano movers. I called about 5 places for a quote to move my upright piano. Martison was by far the lowest price. The piano movers called 30 minutes before arriving, arrived on time, and were very professional. And after a great experience, the receipt was for slightly less than was quoted! I will definitely be using them again when I need a piano moved! read more

Simply very professional! Darren and the crew arrived on time & moved my piano to a new address well within the estimated time. They were very careful with the piano moving from the start to the end. I am certain Martinson Piano Moving is one of the best piano movers in the Seattle area. I will definitely use Martinson again! read more

Great experience with this company. They arrived on time, worked quickly and came in at the low end of their estimate. I would highly recommend them. read more

Professional, courteous, efficient. We've used other piano movers in the past without problems, but these guys put make them all look like amitures! They lreated our old, sentimental piano as though it was the most expensive piano on earth. They got it down stairs without even a bump into the walls. I would not hesitate to hire them again! read more

These guys blew me away. My beautiful steinway was getting moved from my old house with a difficult curved stairway to my new home, with a very tight path and staircase. They proved their expertise in both strength and technical piano moving. They had inches to work with in one of the stairwells, and their team of 5 didn't allow a single scratch on the walls or the piano! Plus, they came in well below their estimates bid. I strongly recommend these guys- they know EXACTLY what they are doing! read more

This company went the extra mile in moving our piano. We left a voice message and received a call back in a couple of days and they scheduled the move. I am a bit of an absent minded professor and on the day of the move I completely forgot the appointment! When they called from my house (I was at work) I was so embarrassed but they put me at ease and told me not to worry about it. I told them where the spare key was hidden, they went inside, and moved the piano from the main floor to the basement. They even took off the stair handrails and put them back on after they were complete with the move. I was supposed to have done that myself. When I arrived home that afternoon there was the piano in the basement, the handrails were on properly, the carpet on the stairs was clean (meaning they did not track any dirt into the house), and they had left their invoice. I had agreed to pay them when they moved the piano but since I had forgotten I could not. So I mailed them a check. Thank you very much Martinson Piano Moving and Storage for the great job. read more

This company is GREAT! They moved a piano for me from my mom's condo to my house, and they were fabulous. Three friendly guys did the work-and it was like watching an artistic performance! They had such good communication between all of them, and I found them fascinating to watch in action. They did a perfect job from start to finish. I'm not sure what I was even expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised! Hire them-you can't go wrong and you'll be happy!!!!! read more

Fantastic experience! This team showed up on time, with all the right equipment, the right skills, the right strength, and cheerful attitudes -- and moved our upright grand piano up the steps out of the living room, on out of the house, and into their truck in less than 20 minutes. Thank you for a job so well done you made it look easy, which is accomplished only by professional expertise. Highly recommended! read more
