I was told it would be ready by Tuesday, but when I went to pick it up, I was told it wouldn't be done until the next day, Wednesday. I showed up, picked up my blanket, went home and was immediately sick to my stomach! The pictures tell the story. I'm trying not to be upset, but I am let down that they didn't let me know that it was damaged. He just put it in a bag and sent me on my way. Lesson learned. Just like I check my food to be sure I got what I paid for at a drive through, I need to do the same when I go to the dry cleaner to voice my concerns about the finished product. I am sick that I am going tobe embarassed giving it to my daughter for my first grand baby, but I want her to know that I had good, loving intentions. I'm not sure that I WOULDN'T recommend this business, I just know my first experience here will be my last.

They charge you in advance to get Fukked. I pay for laundered, pressed, No Starch and No Dry Cleaning! I got starched shirts back and they circled "light starch" on the ticket after the fact, my copy read "No Starch", Total dishonesty. I wanted them redone. I got attitude from the Hispanic girl. Picked them up today; I got back crispy shirts that the Owner, Jimmy Chianis, "Dry Cleaned" himself. The same girl said he tried to call me, but he did not call me, that was a lie. Cleaners get so many items that they often make mistakes. Don't be dishonest and lie about it. Admit your mistakes and correct them right away or lose customers.
