It served its purpose, washing/drying my load of clothes, but I'm disappointed, and frankly rather grossed out, that this laundromat is so dirty. Granted, maybe I'm here on a bad day, maybe it's not normally like this, and it does appear that staff are currently up to their eyeballs in commercial washing/drying. That being said, every single washing machine is caked with spilled detergent, the sinks and floors are filthy as well. The machines and detergent dispensers should be clean of other peoples detergent and sanitation cycles should be run after every load. Where is the store pride?... Quite a bummer. read more

Absolutely worst laundromat experience I have ever had. The one I usually use down the street was closing so I decided to try this one. I made a HUGE mistake. Every large washer and most of the medium ones were being used by a member of staff so I had to use small ones. And when it came time to get my clothes out she had EVERY laundry cart occupied! This afternoon i was at the Meridian Location: 450 S Meridian Rd, Meridian, ID 83642, and i got charged 7.25 for wash and it showed 25 cents for 6 minutes and i did 30 minutes... That should be $1.25, then later they charged me $5 and another $6 and FIVE HOURS later another $1.25. Refund the money immediately before i file a police complaint for having a credit card skimmer at your facility read more

I've used this location and the one in Boise several times. The one is Boise is better maintained than the one in Meridian but much busier. Meridians machines always have a dozen or so wash machines out and only once have I been when there was an attendant and they were utilizing half the machines even when it was busy and people were literally waiting in line for machines. This last time I came in there was no attendant half the machines were still broken and the dryers were just eating money without even working. I lost $30 in dryer costs for machines that never worked and took 4 loads home to hang dry. I will be looking for a new laundry mat. read more

This rating is for customer service not the facility. I washed clothes there on 3/22/25 - dryer 43 (second one in from the window on top) ate $2.00 of my money and the dryer never turned on. I left a message on their machine as there was no clerk that day. Almost a week later they have not called me, apologized, nor returned my money. read more

Clean, lots of washers and dryers of different sizes. Seemed expensive but I haven't used a laundromat in over 30 years so it may be the norm now. One of the dryers wouldn't work and kept the plus $2 that I put in trying to get it to turn on, it was not signed as broken. However, I will definitely go back to wash my larger comforters that won't fit in my home washer. read more

I'll never visit this laundry place again because I got here at 7:30 am all of the big washers and medium washers were being used by staff. So I waited for the big washer and was told I can only use 2 because they had to use them again! So normally it takes me two hours to do my laundry it took me 4 hours! Horrible customer service! Then all of the dryers were occupied by staff the lady told me she was on break and I can use the other dryers at the end. All of the dryers were full she told me she would take stuff out of one dryer but that was it. Then one of your washers messed up with my comforter so I had to rehash it in a big washer that cost me an extra 7.75. Horrible girl with an attitude. I'll never visit this place again. read more

I usually have good things to say about this place. It's always clean, most of the machines are in working order. But today I came in on a Saturday (which I always do) and there is a cleaning service using every machine in the damn place! You cannot co-opt the entire store on one of the busiest days of the week. And since no one is ever working at the store they will get away with it read more

I'm a Traveling ICU RN and my girlfriend is a traveling ICU RRT both working at St. Luke's hospital. We are staying in the Meridian, ID KOA across the street. We have frequented this laundry facility weekly without incident until today, 6/8/22. This morning Troy (the new Laundry Haus manager) was verbally abusive, demeaning, and ultimately threatening to my girlfriend and I. When attempting to de-escalate the inappropriate response to a rolling laundry basket request I was told that we were being thrown from the business, would not be allowed back, and the police were being contacted. When we asked to speak to the owner Troy stated he was the owner. (He is not.) The friendly gentleman loading soccer-camp laundry into baskets in the parking lot was also involved. Both he and we were jockeying for rolling laundry baskets. He was very disappointed and very apologetic and stated that he was told by Troy to remove our items and take the last rolling basket. Troy, the new manager, lied and told us that the kind gentleman threw out stuff out and took it. We had purchased proprietary charge cards to use at that facility and wer told we would not be allowed to use them nor get a refund. The kind gentleman in the parking lot purchased them from us and told us that this is not how people in Meridian, ID act. I've worked as a nurse for 13 years and never been treated with such disrespect and aggression as Troy (the Laundry Haus manager) treated me. This incident was reported to the owner of Laundry Haus who has yet to reach out. read more

This is the nicest laundry mat I've ever been to. Clean on the inside. Washers are great and have some over sized ones for big loads or big comforters or other large items. The dryers work super quick. Overall decent price. There is some seating inside but limited and not very comfortable. I just left my stuff and came back. Luckily nothing was take. Though it would be weird for someone to want to steal my old stuff. read more

I went into Laundry Haus on a Wednesday morning because we needed our table clothes cleaned by that night for an event. I had previously gone to several others but no help. The lady working in there that morning was absolutely amazing. She could not guarantee that she would have them done in time but helped me to get them washed and dried quickly. Because I was new to the laundry mat scene she even helped me run the machines, and paid for it. I can not thank her enough for all her guidance and help with getting this job done quickly. Multiple of the driers do not work, but you don't know it until after you've put your money in. I tried to call about one and no one answers. They have a phone number you can text, which I did and told them which one it was, but no one ever got back to me. A gentleman also warned me of which ones he found that aren't working while I was there and he lost a few dollars. Go somewhere else for sure! read more

The guy running the place on Tuesday January 3rd kept asking my husband if he had a problem. My husband wasn't doing anything but loading a dryer. When we went to sit to wait for our clothes the guy was staring at my husband so my husband said "hi man how's it going" the guy came off his stool and around the corner asking if he had an fn problem. My husband said you are staring so I asked how it was going and the guys says " I can stare wherever the fuck I want." Classy business practices. Won't be spending our hard earned money here again. My husband and I just moved to Meridian and needless to say we had a ton of laundry to do. Brought them to Laundry Haus and we were pleasantly surprise how clean this facility is. They've got machines to handle large loads which saves a lot of time. We weren't quite sure how to operate the machines but their employee name Jennifer helped us out. She made the whole laundry experience pleasant. I totally recommend this place for anyone looking for a good laundromat. read more
