During the wait, she would call numerous times with them saying they would get back to her but never doing so, on other calls saying they didn't know the status or where it was at. On her last call to them, the manager Chelsea openly laughed at her concerns and offered nothing for the trouble. After requesting that it shouldn't be paid for since it took four months, Chelsea said it wasn't really their problem since it's done by a third party. The manager showed no remorse and was even insulting when inquiring about the status of the item and it taking so long with little to no communication or explanation.

A hem is a pretty basic thing for a seamstress, even if it involves putting back on an original hem. I would have much rather she told me that she just didn't want to do it, or didn't have the time, than to insult my intelligence by telling me all the reasons it couldn't be done. One time I took new clothes I recently had purchased from a department store because there was a slight mildew odor. I did not notice the odor when I purchased them, only after I arrived home and removed the tags. The dry cleaner deodorize the clothes so there was no smell at all. I was so happy and amazed it got the odor out without ruining the clothes. I have also had my clothing altered with very good results. Well this happened on last January…read more I took my $800 Burberry Coat to get dry clean at this place and they ruined it! It came back with one missing sleeve cuff belt. The cuff belt was sewed in and they ripped it off and it never be found. Now my very expensive coat doesn't look stylish as it used to be and they didn't offered to repaired or doing anything else excepted calling Burberry to see if they are having a part to replace it. And of course we had to tell them to do. I've waited for calls so many times but they never call me back. The only reason I am giving this one star is because Yelp does not allow zero stars…read more I sent multiple $150 Tommy Bahama 100% silk shirts in for dry cleaning - and Tide not only used water, they obviously put them in a dryer (because the shirts shrunk) ... so I can no longer fit into them. After contacting Tide through the website, David called me and began to argue that 100% silk Tommy Bahama shirts not only did NOT need to be dry cleaned, but he could stretch them back into shape. Wow, it is amazing to me that I had to "continually argue with a laundry expert" that 100% silk needed to be dry cleaned. I did not even attempt to argue with the stretching back into shape idiotic claim. I suggest you stay away from "expertise" like this! I for one will never use Tide again!!!
