During the wait, she would call numerous times with them saying they would get back to her but never doing so, on other calls saying they didn't know the status or where it was at. On her last call to them, the manager Chelsea openly laughed at her concerns and offered nothing for the trouble. After requesting that it shouldn't be paid for since it took four months, Chelsea said it wasn't really their problem since it's done by a third party. The manager showed no remorse and was even insulting when inquiring about the status of the item and it taking so long with little to no communication or explanation.

It was incredibly fast for a busy time of year too. I dropped my order off on Saturday and it was ready by Monday evening. The gentleman who was working when I picked up my order was friendly and he even noticed that one of my items needed to be adjusted on its hanger before I left the store. The cuff belt was sewed in and they ripped it off and it never be found.
