Because I have cats, I wanted to make sure it was cat dander free. I took it to 12th Avenue Cleaners upon recommendation from a friend. I was told it would be ready by Tuesday, but when I went to pick it up, I was told it wouldn't be done until the next day, Wednesday. I showed up, picked up my blanket, went home and was immediately sick to my stomach! The pictures tell the story. I'm trying not to be upset, but I am let down that they didn't let me know that it was damaged. He just put it in a bag and sent me on my way. Lesson learned. Just like I check my food to be sure I got what I paid for at a drive through, I need to do the same when I go to the dry cleaner to voice my concerns about the finished product. I am sick that I am going tobe embarassed giving it to my daughter for my first grand baby, but I want her to know that I had good, loving intentions. I'm not sure that I WOULDN'T recommend this business, I just know my first experience here will be my last.

The service is great, they are always helpful and never eyeballing you. My only complaint is parking.. with the liquor store and the dollar store nearby it can be a bit annoying trying to find convenient parking. Also their automatic door is slow as shit lol but other than that 10/10 experience every time!! Price depends on the amount of clothes obviously but anywhere from $6-$12 per load.

I have had this pillow for 40 years and have had it re-ticked several times. I am pretty upset. They also "repaired" a pillow that my mother needlepointed and is is less than satisfactory.
