Heavy Starch???
Nick V.

There is a reason they have only 1.9 stars. I requested heavy starch on my shirts. They look as though they were tossed in a dryer on low heat. There are noticeable wrinkles and no starch. The woman working agreed that it was not heavy start "or even medium starch," she explained. An hour later, I received a call. The manager was rude and said they do not do heavy starch on Cowboy Shirts with decorative buttons. She expected me to pay $59--the total price. I would have agreed to some sort of discount because of their miscommunication. She pulled the shirts and said, "I guess you don't want your shirts." I paid for my shirts but told her I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. She called me an A****** when I left. I see why the last six reviews are all one-star rated. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Comforter that was shrunk
Mike A.

I took my king sized comforter in to be cleaned. They charged me $47 I asked why so much to do a cleaning the worker told me because it's a down comforter with feathers in it and they don't dry it so it takes more time. When I picked it up there was two dryer sheets in the bag they gave the comforter to be in. So they obviously dried it. Getting it home and from the pics I took they obviously shrunk my expensive comforter. I spoke with the manager Lisa and she accused me of switching the comforter lol she also refused to refund my money so I had to dispute this with my bank unfortunately. I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible! Extremely poor service and their customer service is just as horrible!

Were actually closed at 4pm on a Saturday. Don't let this fool you.
Kay K.

Not the friendliest when I dropped off my order. Website says they close at 6pm on Saturdays and both yelp and google say they close at 5pm on Saturdays. I arrive at 4:30 on a Saturday and they're closed. This is beyond frustrating.

Before, notice leather around pocket zipper area & yellow lining.

I don't dry clean much... and it showed. Dropped two shirts off and figured all is well, how bad…read morecould it be?! Two button up basic shirts, people. Like.... Two dress shirts. Basic shirts. Catch my drift? $28!!! Yikes. My buddy says he pays $6 at another place. And just like that I'll never go back.

Let's start off by saying I have gotten literally hundreds of dollars of alterations done here in…read morethe past and never had an issue. There was a lady that used to do the alterations, and I'm not sure if she has left, or taken a step back, but it's gone down hill dramatically. We took my father's jacket here for my wedding, to get a button moved to make the jacket a little looser fit. They moved one button, when there are two buttons, that needed to be moved to match the holes. But, when they moved the one button, they didn't even line up the jacket. When he put it on, the bottom of one side of the jacket was longer than the rest. When we took it back to get it fixed, he said "it's close enough". Close enough??? For the father of the brides jacket? Close enough is not good enough, I couldn't have sewn it myself for "close enough". He also said "you say you want it this way". First, he meant moving the but to made the fit better, not that he wanted it cockeyed. That's the literal job of a seamstress. I will NEVER return, and will be disputing the charges with the credit card company. He also said he cleaned it, so we had to pay, even though we NEVER asked for cleaning.
