The reason I'm saying this is because when you bring your clothes in she'll try to find some unreasonable reason to charge you more for the cleaning. I simply asked if they could exchange two dimes and a nickel for a quarter so I could use one of the machines. The employee told me she "wasn't supposed to do that." It was such a small request that would have cost the business nothing, yet it was handled as if I were asking for something unreasonable. Little acts of customer service go a long way, especially in a business where customers are already paying premium prices. While the clean facility and amenities are appreciated, the lack of basic courtesy left a disappointing impression. I hope management considers giving employees a little more flexibility to help customers with simple requests like this.

There's a section for kids but be warned, it's right by the door so you might want to, I dunno, actually watch your small humans. Also it's SUPER narrow which can make navigating rough and sitting and waiting often means getting bumped into at least once. Still worth it.
