This business can't take criticism and won't service you if you give them a bad rating for service,…read moreinstead they'll flag you in their system so that they can refuse you service.. I think this is called DISCRIMINATION! So, about a year ago I wrote a bad rating about this business.. After spending hundreds of dollars at this cleaners location they refused to honor a $5.00 coupon that was expired by a week, not to mention that they were not doing a good job with my cleaning and I was having to re-iron my shirts after picking up my dry cleaning.. So today I decided to give Lapels another shot at servicing my clothes. When I walked in I was asked for my basic information. The young lady at the counter stopped and went to get the manager. I asked her if there was a problem and she said something was wrong with the computer.. when manager came out he stated "you badgered us on a rating." I said no, I gave u a bad rating last year for your service but I'm here to give u another shot.. He then proceeded to look for my rating on his cell phone.. I again asked him if was going to service me and he said I'm looking for your rating first.. I then told him not to worry about it because I will take my business elsewhere and just give him another rating tonight.. So here it is.. I want to thank Emerald Cleaners in Fleming Island for their great customer service.. I will recommend Emerald Cleaners to all my co-workers and the men/women in uniform who utilize dry cleaning like I do..

She finally remembered and said she forgot to do it. She asked me to come back the next day. So, today, I picked up the dress. And she charged me $25. I did not try the dress on because they do not have a proper fitting room. When I initially dropped off my dress, i I had to change in a tiny room behind a lady that's sewing! When i got home and tried the dress on, it's exactly the same as how I left it. No alteration has been done! She could have called me and told me that the dress is not done instead of pretending that it is and charge me. Don't go to this place. Very unreliable, disorganized and a cheat!
