Unfortunately, now, just two years later, after a recent October rain fall, I am seeing two more seams that were poorly sealed leaking through! They advertise as being seamless, but that has not been the case. I called a few times, confirmed we were under warranty, am told someone will call me back to schedule the repair, but no-one does. This seemed like a nice company, so it's disappointing that the product and relationship has failed now with more rain on the way next week.

A new Yelper (Asif M.) doing their very first review on 10/27 says, "They will make you [wait] for weeks and one scheduling day they don't show up. its like carelessness." This is sadly another "broken halo" business...one which shouldn't have survived the pandemic. It's not tragic being so preventable.

Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof.
