I will say the stove, microwave, countertops and floor in the kitchen were immaculate! But I think there was some miscommunication with the rest of the areas of the house that I definitely noticed grim and dust the cleaners missed. For example the bedroom mirrors weren't touched, nor fridge really, possibly my husband's fault since he told them to just do floors. One of the ladies in the kitchen working mentioned that things would have been scrubbed and cleaned more with a deep clean, which is what was supposed to be scheduled. I didn't know what to expect since this is my first time hiring a house cleaning service, but my housework has gone downhill taking care of the kids, pets and my own children. And I wanted it to look better for guests visiting. So thanks to the sweet owner of this small business I'm leaving 4/5 stars. Would be nice if they steam cleaned carpets since I have a lot of stubborn pet stains, but the owner recommended a brand for me. SYOY! :-)

Watch out! I hired…read morethis house cleaner service as a Christmas present for my wife. Our house was not that dirty. We went with this service because it was good in the past when we first bought our house. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The owner seems to no longer care about the quality of the work being done. She is dishonest and rude. She quoted us three workers at $30 per hour per worker to get the whole house clean in 3.5 hrs. She sent two workers instead and did not bother to supervise them. We knew something was off when the workers took 1.5 hours on our back room alone. I observed one of the workers spend 20 minutes dusting a small shelf. One of them was on her phone while working. In the end it was evident they were pretending to clean. After 5 hrs, all that was cleaned properly were two sinks. They wiped the stove and put cleaner, but did not get rid of the residue at the bottom. They only did a few windows. One of them almost ruined our kitchen sink and showed my wife the sink area with cleaner splotches on the wall and the sink looking ruined. Luckily the older worker fixed it after we complained, but the sink did not look any cleaner. I had to ask them to bleach the tub and shower. They did not scrub. Our kitchen floor and bathroom floors were left dirty. It looked like they did not vacuum. They did not mop the kitchen, the floor was dirty. I complained to the owner before the workers left and she tried to argue with us instead of listening. After the workers left, I got home and was shocked how dirty they left the house. I took pictures of everything and sent it to the owner. I even took a video of us properly cleaning our tub so she could see it only took a few minutes ro do it right. She knew it was bad so agreed in writing to waive her fee. The next day she changed her mind and began harassing us about paying her (for three workers) and even threatened to take us to court. I asked her to come and look herself and make things right. She refused. She invoiced us with a fake checklist of what she claimed they had done... We payed her just to get her off our backs. She did not care! She is dishonest. Be careful!
