In every case we felt that we were not getting value and the quotes were well above our expectations, and accompanied with some pretty hard selling. There was just zero confidence that we were being taken care of. Someone then recommended US Carpet and Floors to us. We went to their outlet and were immediately put at ease by Talha and Yusuf. They took the time to understand our need and our budget and gave us some pretty good options at a significant discount to the better known names. We felt comfortable enough to place the order. They then executed brilliantly on the order, both in terms of quality of work and timeliness. Really happy we went with them and would heartily recommend them for any home flooring needs.

BEWARE!!! I hired Dawns Designs to take down and rebuild a pergola and also to resurface stamped…read moreconcrete with cool decking on our patio and stairs leading to the lake. My General Contractor from Dawns Design was Yosef Zubiz or (Joseph). They have a set schedule for payments and literally the moment their subcontractor says they are done, they expect payment and are very high pressure about this, even before you get to inspect the work. The work was being done at our lake house (1 hour away) and we kept up with the immediate schedule until I went to the lake house, the day they said, the pergola was completed. When I started reviewing the workmanship it was evident that Joseph and his subcontractor had no clue about construction. The subcontractor was onsite and it was only him and his girlfriend was trying to help him. There were 6" 2x4's spliced in several places, because he miscut the piece that should have been used, no slope on the pergola that was going to have a roof installed, 2x4's were split from the screws he used, split and badly warped rafters (2x8's), flat paint used when it was requested to use Satin finish and so many more errors to list. It took 3 weeks for these errors to get completed because my General Contractor (Yosef) would not come up to the job to inspect the work! He relies completely on the subcontractor's word!! The subcontractors said each time they called him to inspect, Yosef told them it was too far from Katy to go to Conroe. My wife and I got stuck with a pergola, where each seam of the Carbonite roofing shows, because they built the pergola with 29" rafter centers when the roofing panels are 4' on center. NO planning on their part! I had Jacob, one of the Dawn Designs owners, come out to show him the workmanship, he acted appalled with the work that was done and promised corrective measures, but could not get any replies for any corrective measures. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and have a hard time believing these good reviews are actual reviews from actual customers. BEWARE!!!

After some deliberation for a full kitchen renovation, Tonny was my choice after a stellar…read morerecommendation from family and friends. Compared to other vendors, he was an expert in countertops, along with custom wall tiling, ddd and was excellent in his communication for both phone and email. He was thorough with his estimate and provided competitive quotes. When it came time to work, he was punctual and brought a crew with him to handle everything on the spot. He was exact with his measurements and did all of the tiling cutting on the spot in the driveway. The installation took a couple of days, which included the installation of a new sink, custom slabs for the counter top, as well as cut tiles all along the wall. The area was clean and the job even finished a day early. Within 2 months, I noticed that the caulk was starting to loosen beneath the tiles, which I was informed was a very normal occurrence even after a recent job. While i'm working to maintain it now, I do wish I was given a heads up to manage expectations. Ultimately, Tonny was quick and efficient, which is sometimes all one can ask for in quality home improvement. ___________ My photos: https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/tonny-tops-plus-pasadena?userid=ysCBsXWPB-LAiewVS3jZfQ

Randy and his team at Level Pro Foundation Repair are outstanding!…read moreRandy is not just a "foundation guy" -- he truly does it all. He is working on multiple construction projects inside and outside my home, and the quality, pricing, and professionalism have been incredible. His crew is skilled, respectful, and hardworking -- the kind of team that is too good to be true, yet absolutely is. What really impressed me is that Randy found a pier my previous foundation company missed over 10 years ago under warranty -- and he is addressing it for me along with so much more. That level of knowledge, integrity, and care is extremely rare in this industry. I am so happy I found Randy and Level Pro. It is hard to find contractors like him and his team -- honest, capable, and genuinely dedicated to doing things right. God bless them all -- I highly recommend Level Pro and especially Randy!
