A business is only as good as its employees, however, and unless he's going to do every detail it may be difficult to sustain this level of quality at the hands of employees who may have a governmental financial incentive to stay at home. Norbert of Crystal Shield Clear Bra Paint Protection, did an awesome job on our PPF install (see…read morereview). Norbert referred me to Brian because I wanted the car to be ceramic coated. He told me that Brian is the best, and that he refers all his clients to Brian for car detailing and ceramic coating installation. I really trusted Norbert, especially because he did such a great job with the PPF install. Brian is a bit of a secret, so all his work is always referred to him through word of mouth. I contacted Brian and he promptly responded. He was very thorough in the explanation of his services, as well as how he can assist in keeping the PPF and ceramic coating in good condition. He explained the ceramic coating process and asked me if I had questions. His pricing was great compared to what others were charging. The install was rescheduled due to rain. What really impressed me, was just how professional and meticulous Brian is in guaranteeing the quality of his work. For example, he explained how different weather factors can play a role in how the ceramic coating cures. He explained that due to the rain and cold temperature (and it was really cold and wet that day), it would be difficult to maintain the ideal temperature to help the ceramic coating cures, even with heaters. Brian was really looking out for us. The next day, we dropped the car off early in the morning. He showed us the coating he would be applying. Throughout the day, he would text me pictures of the car and share updates on the progress. I really appreciated it. The car was finished that same day and it was so clean, shiny, and smooth. He even cleaned the inside of the car and windows as a courtesy. I asked about how he got the windows so clean, and he gave me a small bottle of the cleaner he uses. How nice is that? He went over the importance of maintaining the coating, which with proper maintenance, should last 3 years. Overall, I was very happy with work and will be using Brian's services again. He's also mobile too, so he is always willing to drive out to do the work. He's a great communicator, reliable, and a great, respectable person.

I'm extremely pleased with the quality of work and service from WCP Auto Detailing. From the start,…read morethey were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I had been searching for a mobile car detailing company that specializes in milk spill odor removal, and most places just gave me generic interior cleaning quotes that didn't address the actual problem. A few weeks ago, I spilled two large cups of horchata on my car's front carpet. I went to a regular car wash the next day, but all they did was a basic vacuum and shampoo. When the temperatures went up, the sour milk smell came back -- it was unbearable. WCP didn't just send a quick quote like other companies. They asked me to bring my vehicle in, walked me through their deep interior cleaning process, and explained the equipment and extraction machines they use to remove bacteria, moisture, and odor buildup. The attention to detail and transparency gave me total confidence. Thanks to WCP, my car now smells fresh and clean again -- no trace of that awful milk odor. I can finally drive with the windows up, and my family can actually ride with me again! WCP knows what they are doing and genuinely care about their work.

He asked whether the vehicle was garaged or kept outside to help determine the best protection option for my situation. Since I garage the vehicle and only drive it on weekends, he gave me some options, but ultimately recommended just the paint correction. What stood out to me was that he didn't push any unnecessary products or try to upsell me. He's an honest businessman who clearly takes pride in his work. I'm already planning to take my other vehicles to him. He's trustworthy, knowledgeable, and someone I highly recommend.
