I was told it would be no more than $7 for a 15-minute wash using a credit card. Based on that information, I proceeded. I only noticed today that I was actually charged $15, which is more than double what I was quoted. This feels misleading and unacceptable--especially since there was no clear pricing displayed. I called and spoke with a manager, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told to dispute the charge with my credit card company. That response alone shows a lack of accountability. I will be disputing the charge and filing a complaint with the BBB if this is not resolved. At a minimum, pricing should be clearly posted so customers know exactly what they're being charged.

After driving thru, my car still had some gunk on the back end. the manager came out and talked to me and actually sent me thru again with an upgraded wash, which i really appreciated. as we all know, this area has a plethora of car washes to choose from, and while i dont get my car washed enough to purchase unlimited monthly washes, if i did, this would definitely be my car wash of choice.

I brought my vehicle in for a normal detail as I do every week & upon grabbing my keys from the attendant I noticed a very large crack in my windshield to which I immediately brought to their attention. There was no prior damage to my vehicle before coming in despite the claims these guys tried making stating a possible rock chip etc. caused it. I visited two different glass repair places after leaving & both top rated shops in town I visited said the exact same thing that there is no sign of an impact puncture from a rock that caused this & no notable existing damage that could've caused that, but more so a stress crack which they both stated could be due to someone leaning over the windshield or on the cowl surrounding the glass. (In which I visually saw the gentlemen vacuuming & drying my car do). I understand accidents, but they were very quick to dismiss my accusations & blame it on me with no actual proof & stated that they have signs everywhere stating basically if they damage your car they are not liable (which would definitely not hold up in court) I work in commercial auto parts so I am familiar between the different types of damages done to parts. Even with proof from actual glass professionals they have declined to cover the cost of repairs, so now I am forced to take other legal action. That is very unfortunate they have lost my business along with my friends & family not that they probably even care. Do not bring your vehicle that you care for here.

Confusion at Arrival: As soon as I hit the driveway, I was unsure if I was in the right place because the logos didn't match. It caused unnecessary confusion until I finally spotted a sign with the correct logo. 2. Malfunctioning Screen: Upon arriving, the screen didn't respond at all despite my repeated attempts to push the buttons. I even inserted my card, but nothing happened. I honked for assistance, but no one came out. 3. Help Button Issues: I pressed the help button, hoping for assistance, but still no one responded. Eventually, the screen flickered to life, but it barely worked. 4. This particular location is the most inept. Rolled in here the other day with my rental car. Rental cars are promised coverage under my membership agreement. I'd just been moving into Temecula for several days. My rental car was dusty, visibility was occluded through the smeared windows. Even worse, we'd moved several potted plants to our new home in the flattened rear of this rented SUV. Potting soil had spilled. (I'm attaching photos to this review). Despite the fact that I am a fully paid membership here and have kept this membership open for years, their employee refused me entrance to the car wash saying: "RENTAL CARS ARE FORBIDDEN ENTRY!!" I thought he was just joking -- being playful. He wasn't joking at all. I asked for the manager (I took notes and will add all names upon return to this review). Their manager agreed with his poorly trained employee. At this point I began to run video. I asked who I could elevate this to. Their manager sneered. Yes--sneered at me. He told me with a tone suggesting I'd regret this: "Well our District Manager is here today! I can send him over!" He stated this with an attitude as though I should FEAR the man. In my innocence I was RELIEVED the District Manager was on site. Turned out that "Joseph" their "District Manager" is an argumentative, sadist. No wonder the staff fears the fool. Joseph strutted over and launched into an augmentative, threat filled, scream fest. I kid you not. He accused me of "working for a rental car company to get free car washes!!" I couldn't make this up. I'm a 70 year old woman. I don't play games like his. Joseph took delight by humiliating me to the point of tears. I have the entire encounter on videotape and audiotape. I only taped for my own protection. Joseph threatened to summon the police to have me removed from the property if I continued to run the video camera. To keep from being physically assaulted by the sadistic freak I lowered my cellphone. To protect myself though, in the event that he did file a false police report I continued to run the audio. I had to kiss up to Super Star's sadistic District Manager, "Joseph" (who refused to provide his surname) just to calm the explosive freak down. A number of employees gathered around "Joseph" to enjoy the show. SHAME ON SUPER STAR CARWASH FOR PROMOTING A MAN AS DESTRUCTIVE AND AS CRUEL AS "JOSEPH" INTO A MANAGERIAL POSITION.
