I asked to only clean up my brows and keep the thickness and fullness, but she made them way more thin then I asked for and un even. I told her they were way more thin then I was expecting, yet she didn't offer me anything. I then got my lip waxed, paid then left. I got to my car and looked in the mirror and there was quite a bit of hair that she missed. I decided to go back in and say something and she told me it was because I had moisturizer on that the wax didn't work as well, she said she tried to wax over it twice. Yet she still charged me full price for a wax that wasn't even done properly.

That was the most incredible thing I've done for myself. You must request Anu! I live in California otherwise I would be going to see Anu weekly! I could feel her considerate care and warm energy every step of the way. I requested hard pressure and Anu really delivered. She was able to release so much tension from my body while also keeping the massage relaxing and peaceful. This was a two hour experience and I really felt Anu gave her all for the entire duration. Even at the end she was so kind and compassionate, noting areas of my body she noticed were carrying stress and congestion and gave me special aftercare and maintenance instructions. I teared up at the end in this moment of my body feeling so good and feeling so loved and cared for for two full hours- what a beautiful thing I really think everyone should experience.

Her trauma-informed,…read moreneuro-affirmative, person-centred care approach makes it so all your individual needs are considered and discussed to ensure you feel safe and supported during your treatments. As someone with complex health and long-term chronic pain, I wish I had come across Luna years ago! Historically my experience with health care has been that of "just another patient" and never finding long-term success with treatments. Working with Luna has truly been transformative for symptom management and supporting my physical, neurological, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. To receive meaningful treatment from someone who listens and meets you where you're at is incredibly refreshing. She never makes me feel like I am a problem patient and is also happy to do the research and further her understanding if she doesn't have an immediate answer. If you are looking for someone who is incredibly knowledgeable, considerate, kind, and professional, I couldn't think of anyone else I would recommend more!

I have been going to see her for the reset program and had the opportunity to take part in a Full Moon Retreat, where Luna guided me with 5 spiritual rituals. Some of which I didn't even realize I was holding onto. I had the most peaceful visual that really helped me come to terms with some of the things I have been struggling with and left me feeling incredibly rooted and unshakeable. It was a release that was so profound I felt like I left that day a much stronger and loving version of myself. Luna is a doing exactly what she should be doing in life and I'm so happy to have found her. It is rare for me to trust and let my guard down, but the moment I met Luna I felt "safe" and knew this was someone who will genuinely hold space for me and really nurture me through my healing. She is as kind and knowledgeable as she is spiritually gifted. I look forward to many more sessions. Luna, your authenticity, warmth, support and ability to help me love me, is so appreciated and I'm forever grateful.

She listens to you, then listens to your body as she works it. For example, my wife and I had both very different needs and we both got very different but still amazing massages. +Experienced - If I recall correctly, she used to do massage for the entire UVic row team, and then eventually a wrestling team. Sheril is armed with hands that could probably kill, but you softies out there, don't be discouraged. As she says, "I like to work just before the 'u' in 'ouch'".
