We had the Thai deep tissue massage for an hour $100 each. It was so relaxing! Jasmin and I believe Heather? were the ones who helped us. They were so good and even did a consult beforehand to see which areas we wanted to focus on the most. The massage included the use of oils and also stretching. The pressure was perfect, they kept checking to make sure we were happy with it or if we needed lighter or deeper pressure. We were so happy to have found this place. Customer service was great, they were so welcoming, friendly, and best of all the massages were amazing! Pro tip, they are inside a building and you have to be buzzed in. I asked to only clean up my brows and keep the thickness and fullness, but she made them way more thin then I asked for and un even. I told her they were way more thin then I was expecting, yet she didn't offer me anything. I then got my lip waxed, paid then left. I got to my car and looked in the mirror and there was quite a bit of hair that she missed. I decided to go back in and say something and she told me it was because I had moisturizer on that the wax didn't work as well, she said she tried to wax over it twice. Yet she still charged me full price for a wax that wasn't even done properly.

However, on my neck and upper chest the treatment left a large red rash with bumps. I consulted with the owner after a few weeks that treatment has caused this damage and I received no support or call back. I have gone to my own doctor for medication, but next time I will use a cosmetic dermatologist for treatment.

She was able to release so much tension from my body while also keeping the massage relaxing and peaceful. This was a two hour experience and I really felt Anu gave her all for the entire duration. Even at the end she was so kind and compassionate, noting areas of my body she noticed were carrying stress and congestion and gave me special aftercare and maintenance instructions. I teared up at the end in this moment of my body feeling so good and feeling so loved and cared for for two full hours- what a beautiful thing I really think everyone should experience.

Her calming sense and hands are just magical. She actually has a wonderful system / procedure she does and her massage is everything.... she has a gift for taking care of her clients. I think it would also help to have attendants cleaning more frequently to prevent hair and other flatsom from building up in the shower, the floors, the cold plunge, etc.
