We had the Thai deep tissue massage for an hour $100 each. It was so relaxing! Jasmin and I believe Heather? were the ones who helped us. They were so good and even did a consult beforehand to see which areas we wanted to focus on the most. The massage included the use of oils and also stretching. The pressure was perfect, they kept checking to make sure we were happy with it or if we needed lighter or deeper pressure. We were so happy to have found this place. Customer service was great, they were so welcoming, friendly, and best of all the massages were amazing! Pro tip, they are inside a building and you have to be buzzed in. Plenty of paid street parking available. Also bring cash because there is a charge if you use a credit card. Overall we definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back again if we are in the area!

Sheril gave me the best massage I've ever had. If you want just a relaxing massage, if you want a…read morestrong massage, even if you don't know what kind of massage you need, Sheril is your masseuse. +Receptive - You can tell that she is not giving you a "cookie-cutter" one-size-fits-all massage. She listens to you, then listens to your body as she works it. For example, my wife and I had both very different needs and we both got very different but still amazing massages. +Experienced - If I recall correctly, she used to do massage for the entire UVic row team, and then eventually a wrestling team. Also, as is evident from the other reviews, she provides a relaxing and therapeutic atmosphere. +Strong - Don't be fooled with conventional sexist wisdom that only men can provide the strength needed to work you over. Sheril is armed with hands that could probably kill, but you softies out there, don't be discouraged. As she says, "I like to work just before the 'u' in 'ouch'". She can give you the strength you need (and/or want for you pain loving fanatics). +The "je ne sais quoi", the "Undefineable" - I have noticed that lots of reviewers have commented on their experience with Sheril as magical, the best, fantastic, etc. Lots of these experiences boil down to Sheril's most valuable skill as a masseuse: she knows people and uses this knowledge to the massage completely theirs. When I mention to people that I get massages, they usually say that they should get one too, they just haven't gotten around to it yet. Please, take care of yourself. you can find 60 minutes to make sacred. Make the 'then' part of the if-then a priority, and make it happen now. You deserve it, and your body and mind with thank you for it. And when you make the time for the 'then', make sure you go for the best, go for Sheril.

That was the most incredible thing I've done for myself. You must request Anu! I live in California otherwise I would be going to see Anu weekly! She was able to release so much tension from my body while also keeping the massage relaxing and peaceful. This was a two hour experience and I really felt Anu gave her all for the entire duration. Even at the end she was so kind and compassionate, noting areas of my body she noticed were carrying stress and congestion and gave me special aftercare and maintenance instructions. I teared up at the end in this moment of my body feeling so good and feeling so loved and cared for for two full hours- what a beautiful thing I really think everyone should experience.

There were several large groups chatting away and moving in unison, which made it really tough to find a spot in the sauna or cold plunge. The front desk also didn't adequately explain spa courtesy so people were not showering and rinsing prior to participating. I think it would also help to have attendants cleaning more frequently to prevent hair and other flatsom from building up in the shower, the floors, the cold plunge, etc.
