We had the Thai deep tissue massage for an hour $100 each. It was so relaxing! Jasmin and I believe Heather? were the ones who helped us. They were so good and even did a consult beforehand to see which areas we wanted to focus on the most. The massage included the use of oils and also stretching. The pressure was perfect, they kept checking to make sure we were happy with it or if we needed lighter or deeper pressure. We were so happy to have found this place. Customer service was great, they were so welcoming, friendly, and best of all the massages were amazing! Pro tip, they are inside a building and you have to be buzzed in. Plenty of paid street parking available. Also bring cash because there is a charge if you use a credit card. Overall we definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back again if we are in the area!

She was able to release so much tension from my body while also keeping the massage relaxing and peaceful. This was a two hour experience and I really felt Anu gave her all for the entire duration. Even at the end she was so kind and compassionate, noting areas of my body she noticed were carrying stress and congestion and gave me special aftercare and maintenance instructions. There were several large groups chatting away and moving in unison, which made it really tough to find a spot in the sauna or cold plunge. The front desk also didn't adequately explain spa courtesy so people were not showering and rinsing prior to participating. I think it would also help to have attendants cleaning more frequently to prevent hair and other flatsom from building up in the shower, the floors, the cold plunge, etc.

Apon arrival everything was good, however things quickly declined as the masseuse answered her phone multiple times during the session, used very blunt force (but also my bad for not noticing how rough she was going on me at the time) and I have to say as it is now almost the New Year of 2026, I still have back pain from this place. I wish my experience was better but it was nothing like what previous reviews state from 2023 and backwards. The atmosphere of the place was okay but a tad loud for my personal preference for a massage and overall put together but cold have done well with a sweep and better tables to lay on.

They were both amazing! Cadence was so nice & friendly, we chatted during the massage. She really got in there and helped relieve the tension in my neck/back area where I wanted her to focus on. It felt soooo good! I really appreciated that she asked me if I wanted more or less pressure and what areas to focus on. She was fantastic! I highly recommend Cadence for a great massage. I had a 30-min break in between treatments so I sat in the lounge and had hot tea and snacks. I was so relaxed and felt so pampered. Then Karla came to get me for the Fire & Ice treatment. She first scrubbed my whole body to get rid of dead skin, she wrapped me up like a cocoon, she used hot stones, she gave me the best facial that I ever had (I had many in the past), using cool gels and a couple of cool & tightening masks, she checked my pores, she put this thick gel in my hair and scrubbed/massaged my scalp. OMG! I was in heaven! Everything felt soooo good! This was hands down the BEST spa treatment that I have ever had. I just recommended it to a close friend in Seattle and she just booked a trip to Victoria just to get that treatment. Karla said "Fire & Ice" is a summer promo but I hope it stays on the menu permanently. Thank you both Cadence & Karla for your superb service!
