A real lifesaver when you're out of energy and you need a pick me up. The store stocks just enough groceries to cover any last minute ingredients that I need. When I do go inside it's usually when I'm by myself and this is when I choose to treat myself to an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I can sip leisurely as I wander the aisles imagining what it's like to have a house that isn't covered in sticky fingerprints. Might be nice but I can't imagine there is as much love and laughter. I leave feeling energized and rejuvenated ready to dive back into the chaos of home.

She was on her phone, looked directly at me, and completely ignored me. I repeated myself and asked if she could help me or at least call someone who could. Her response? She rolled her eyes and said, "I'm busy, wait. Don't you have patience?" Then she raised her hand in my face in a dismissive "talk to the hand" gesture, as if to shut me up. I was shocked. She spoke to me like I was bothering her personally--not like a paying customer in a store. I didn't even argue back because the disrespect was so blatant, I felt humiliated. What's worse is that I'm not the only one. I've now seen multiple reviews complaining about this same employee's rude behavior. So why is nothing being done? Where is the management? How can you allow someone with such an unprofessional attitude to represent your store? I used to love JCPenney, but this experience completely changed my view.
