Mall's are dying all over the country but it's nice to see one thriving. Yuba City and the surrounding communities are lucky to have this spot.

I can sip leisurely as I wander the aisles imagining what it's like to have a house that isn't covered in sticky fingerprints. Might be nice but I can't imagine there is as much love and laughter. She spoke to me like I was bothering her personally--not like a paying customer in a store. I didn't even argue back because the disrespect was so blatant, I felt humiliated. My mother accidentally left one bag of purchased items at the register. Instead of holding them like lost property, the store policy was to treat them as abandoned and restock them -- forcing me to track down every item she purchased. This turned into over an hour of searching the store, hoping items hadn't been sold, and trying to prove to customer service that these were the same items she paid for. This was not only inconvenient, but also completely unnecessary and unfair. Paid merchandise is personal property, and this practice feels like unjust enrichment and conversion (civil theft). What made this worse was the interaction with the store manager. Every time I tried to explain the situation, I was interrupted constantly . I was not heard -- and instead of addressing the problem, I was dismissed. She was egregiously unprofessional and made the whole experience even more upsetting. A simple lost-and-found policy would have resolved this without all the time, stress, and poor customer service. Walmart should rethink this policy. Taking paid property and putting it back into inventory without refund or consent is unethical. Customers deserve respect and fairness. I hope this review reaches the right people so Walmart can improve their policies and treatment of customers.
