Despite absolutely having the knowledge and ability to resell my pieces myself, I choose to work with them because it's such a great experience from beginning to end. They are so friendly, welcoming and easy to work with! I've only had repairs done and made small purchases here but they treat me as a valued customer. Samantha helped me today and she and all the staff are just lovely! Their selection is incredible both in new and estate jewelry. I'll be dropping some hints to my special guy when gifting time comes along!
