The elastic band always fail on the Jockey socks so they will sag down or pull off completely whenever I take off my shoes or pants. Now I only buy Nike low cut ankle socks. Jockey usually has discounted prices on underwear buy 2 items and get one for free. Both my wife and I needed thangs so we were able to take advantage of this. For being frequent buyers we also get coupons for $10 off on purchases. We had 2 $10 coupons that we needed to use.

The one attached to the mall feels like a madhouse with the narrow aisles and big shopping carts. This one you have two different size shopping carts and it's more spacious. Parking lot is ample. The products are placed neatly on the shelves vs the other location. I do have to take off a star for customer service. We stood in line for a few minutes and most of the employees were just standing around talking. Only two were actually working. One stopped talking to check us out, by that time the line got longer. It's easier if they just clear the line instead of letting it build up.

I also recommend checking your credit card rewards as I have seen this brand on there. Minimal staff interaction except in the fitting room. Check out is self checkout. They do charge for bags.

I was fortunate, however, to find a dress I was looking for in my size and collar and got to try it on with no real waiting. I'm definitely coming back here again and definitely loving the layout. Again he said "we dont do that" But why should we have to spend gas money because she didnt walk out after us when made the mistake of not putting it in the bag? They could have shipped it or had it delivered, via uber or any other delivery service. It was not fair to me. I really would have just asked for refund but as I said I hardly ever get out to shop in person and try things on so I wanted the item. They could have given a small refund for error.
