    [1038] 11/2019 This Marshalls is located next to the Market Basket so I decided to visit this location. Plenty of parking in this strip mall. The store was large with plenty of items to choose from in each department. I saw a ton of cool items. I will be back.

    This is a new Marshalls that opened up recently, it is located right next door to the new Market Basket. They were busy on the night we came, with the parking lot pretty full, and people everywhere. I noticed there was a greeter at the door but we didn't get greeted. She just looked at us as we walked by. I loved that they put many of the Boston sports team merchandises at the front of the store. I immediately saw what I wanted, and didn't have to go looking through the whole place. Check out was a bit slow but I think it was because the cashier was new. No biggie, I wasn't in a hurry.

    Workers are so rude and give horrible service. They have okay stuff. The selection is for all kinds of people. The value is not expensive.

    Brand new store, very clean and well organized. The selection could be better, but I guess all good stuff is sent to TJ Maxx.

    I needed to do a return recently (item purchased at another location), and did a quick look around…read morethe store first to see if I could find a pair of sunglasses (of course, I lost the GREAT ones I bought here last summer!!) and a couple of other things. While a small store, they have a lot of great items and everything is REALLY WELL organized! I think the best part of the store are the employees: the nice women organizing/stocking in the aisles all said hello and asked if I needed anything, and the cashiers are awesome!

The store was organized and clean there was an older women employee stocking the shelves by candy and very pleasant but what struck me most was a male employee at the register 4 who seems to be abit aggressive and noticed a couple of customers that were not very professionally or properly handled in a business manner and this male middle aged person did not act in the stores best interests! This unfortunate action will definitely affect my returning and I can honestly say those other women will not return. His mannerisms were not warranted by making hand gestured motions rotating his hands as to say you are crazy. Outside the store those women were visibly upset and in disbelief that this male employee would treat women or any customers that way! Not my intention to tell this store Manager how to proceed but security cameras will tell the tale! I know I won't return snd I can say without hesitation that those other women will not also. Human Resources should act swiftly to further stop future unnecessary visual confrontation with its paying customers Unacceptable as this is, no employee should gesture a customer is crazy when the employee was at fault and did not do his job! I am a fair and proper reviewer and I don't relish the fact in leaving a less than favorable review! I hope that those women contact someone in corporate and tell their account of their shopping dilemma! If more customers speak up, businesses will see an increase in Sales! And weak out those employees that just want a pay check!

They would not let you return, even with the received!…read moreToday I was trying to return 2 pairs of shoes that I bought there recently.One was bought in April 24, 25 and another on May 1, 2025. Today is May 6. I had a received for both purchases and they are in new condition, just like I bough it. I was refused the return, as they say I return too many items and that is against their policy to accept any more returns from me. As I recall I don't have too many buys there and especially too many returns. But If I knew there's a limit to how many items you could buy or return, I would not go to that store at all. There are no clear postings about it. When I buy something, I ALWAYS ask how many days I have to return, if I have to. They have a 30 days policy in general. Nobody ever says about limited returns. But what is the limit? 2 times, 10 or 50? More? If they have such a policy, it has to be posted clearly in store. Nobody likes such surprises. I need to be able to return items for a full refund. I will file the complaint with the BBB for sure.

    Visited this Burlington Coat Factory recently and was able to find some good bargains like - car…read moremats for $10, $8 jeans, $13 workout shoes, $3 bath tub mat and couple of other things. When you first walk into the store everything looks nice and neat in the front but as you continue to go through the limited aisles, everything is disorganized. I don't expect any more than that given that all the locations are similar, however, this location is small compared to the other ones like Revere and they don't have alot of inventory. I visited close to closing and made it to the line in the end. There were many announcements made to remind customers that the store was about to close but they only had one person doing cashier for the line. Having some back up would've been awesome. These are situations where leadership should also jump in to help.

    On May 6th, I was stopped by a worker with my boyfriend, because I was hoping to purchase some…read morePokémon cards. I understand there's a limit but we were going to purchase things separately. However we got stopped because "we already bought cards." A separate group in front of us purchased cards for a child in line with their grownup. We were told, "You cannot purchase more than two packs of Pokémon cards" and we explained to her that we weren't with that group. She then claimed that she saw us buying cards and when we asked to verify that, she then refused to. Then said " I only know what I saw." She then went to the back and we took this chance to purchase what we initially wanted without issues from another cashier. I simply wanted to enjoy pokemon cards...

    I bought a 65" Roku TV last night. When I opened it this morning all the accessories were missing,…read moreso I went to bring it back. When I returned it at the store, it turns out that the TV serial number didn't match the box. Upon further inspection it was actually a Sony tv. So, somone in the store or their distributor swapped TVs and I'm out $400. Store customer service and managers couldn't care less and just kept repeating that there is nothing they can do if the serial numbers don't match. No investigation or research or concern about internal theft/fraud of any kind. So I'll try disputing the charge, going to small claims, etc. What an unnecessary waste of time, money and frustration due to Target fraud!
