The wild thing is, we always seem to find what we are looking for, however, a 30+ minute wait is honestly insane. While buying more than $20 in merchandise, my wife simply asked the cashier if she could get 4 quarters for a dollar, in order to buy something from gumball machines inside the store by the entrance. The cashier looked at her like she was an alien and said she did not believe she could do that. We shook our heads in disbelief and went to the customer service counter to ask them for change. The ladies there were older and one seemed like some kind of manager. We were sure this would work. We asked and one of the ladies actually said, "We are not allowed to do that." I am going back to this location at some point just to get the contact info on the gumball machines to let the owners of those machines know that the store refuses to give change out for customers to use in their machines. One of the strangest experiences I have ever had.
