Mornings in my opinion are the best time to browse the inventory before the customers make a complete mess of the clothing racks with all screwed up sizes like at Ross. Great summer deals on Hurley cargo shorts from $12.99 to $16.99 the higher end is of course for my XL plus sizes. Dont see the staff walking around yet, maybe having their coffee, so I completely understand LOL. Its time for my snack and coffee too. The checkout area is heavily staffed for quicker service but later on it gets crazy busy specially on the weekends. Security guard walking around spying on customers. read more

Love coming here, and love that it so close to home. Although it may seem unorganized and cluttered, I never leave Marshall's empty handed. I enjoy browsing their home and kitchen departments, there's always a good find! Marshall's sometimes will have the brand Calphalon, and when they do, stock up! It is the best cookware money can buy, and the always sell it for a fraction of the price. Aside from that; the beauty department is also a must see. Last time I visited I was able to snag a Philosophy set for for $12: a lotion and body wash, which at big box stores will run you over $30 The snacks are always fun to browse, you'll find some very unique items every now and then. Holiday time is the best here! I can't wait for the late fall/ winter items to come out. read more

Spent an hour here, found a dress I loved, it didn't have a price on it. I brought it to the front to ask about the price and buy it. The cashier said it was a set and without the full set I wasn't allowed to buy it. I said don't worry, I'll just buy it without whatever it came with. And lose out on whatever it was and pay for something I didn't receive. After all, it's a dress! What could it possibly come with. I said can I speak with the manager, and Humberto said no I cannot buy it. 0 stars.... Not the customer service you hope for. read more

Pretty great prices for clothing and shoes and lots of clearance options as well. It's quite busy here so do expect to wait in line. Very large store in the saw grass mall. Marshalls has a large selection of children ware and baby products. Lots of ladies clothes and underwear. Handbags , cologne, mens ware, House ware ,seasonal decorations, jewelry ,hats , shoes , and so much more. I bought some stuff for my phone and car. Service is good and check out is fast. People observing safe distance. There is hand sanitizer at the entrance. read more

This Marshall's is located at the sawgrass mills mall. Unfortunately I chose to come at the worst possible time of the year, Christmas holiday! Everything was so messy! But they did have a plethora of very pretty Christmas items from housewares to ornaments and gift sets. I spent quite a little bit of time looking at it all. I initially came to get my son some jeans and I did find a couple of pairs but the line at the register was impossibly long. It took me 15 minutes to pick my selections but about half an hour to pay for them. It truly is the worst time of the year to shop here. The cashier I got was pleasant enough, which is commendable because if I had to deal with the amount of customers she probably had up on till that time, I would be beyond cranky so kudos to her. As of this visit I would give the store a three star review. Whenever I come back, if things look better I will update my review. These type of stores are usually on the messy side, but I do know this time of year it can be doubly bad. read more

It was a madhouse but I loved every minute of it. I found everything I needed this past week while shopping for a birthday gift. In spite of the chaos, the store was not a mess. The employees were very helpful when I needed them to be but I think it would help move things along faster if they opened more registers. The check-out line was extremely long and the woman who checked us out made the process even longer. Marshalls always has great deals. That's what keeps me going back. I needed some sneakers for my son and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. However, adding more seats around the shoe area would be helpful because trying on shoes while sitting on the floor isn't an option you should leave your customers with. I love this Marshalls! I've been coming here since I first moved to the Fort Lauderdale area last July. I don't think I have found a better Marshalls and I have lived all over the USA now. This Marshalls is so fun to browse, budget enough time for it! It's HUGE. I would have to say this Marshalls has the biggest luggage section I have ever seen. Apparently it is quite popular to come here on vacation, purchase luggage and shop your heart out in this mall. My favorite part of this store (and most of the others in this chain) is the shoe section. It's HUGE! If you are looking for sneakers this is a great place to come as there is a large selection. I enjoy browsing the clearance shoe section for myself and my husband. You do have to know your brands and prices when it comes to the shoes, as some deals are better than others. This store also features a very sizable purse section, they have everything you could imagine from backpacks to evening clutches. If you are local, I recommend checking out the home section in the back of the store. If you browse the clearance section, you can sometimes get great deals on mugs or glassware. If you are coming from another country, you will be pleased to find a TON of deals on the clothing. You do need to pick through the racks though and it can be time consuming. I used to shop Marshalls with someone from Turkey and he was always delighted by the bargains found in this chain. I love that this store also has a large selection of electronic accessory items. I've picked up backup battery packs and extended charging cords for my iphone. Another tip... There are 2 areas of the store with registers to checkout, so if the lines are unbearable by the main entrance you may wish to scope out the others by the ladies shoe department. This Marshall is very organized and clean. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. They asked you to wear mask and sanitized your hands as the entrance. It is very good for covid virus prevention . There are many products and super organized for customers finding their stuffs easily. Highly recommended. Will come back soon. read more

Hands down the best Marshall's in all of south Florida. It's the biggest one by far too. They have a huge selection of shoes and a big clearance section. Tons of name brands Under Armour, Nike, Michael Kors ect. It's fairly organized and they have 2 different check out areas to make it easier checking out. My go to Marshall's for sure! read more

Busy, busy, busy... This store is in an extremely busy mall and with that said, the selection cam sometimes be a little picked over. I'm not always as lucky here as other locations but it doesn't stop me from looking. You never know what you'll stumble on. They do have the largest luggage department I've ever seen in a Marshalls so that is a plus. With all of these people, they try to keep the traffic moving with a large number of registers so the won't wait too long. I am a fan of Marshalls but this is one of my tier 2 stores. read more

The worst customer service over and over again. I have never experienced such terrible service. Be careful specially with Clare M, she yells at you and makes you feel unwelcome. I am not sure how these people end up in customer service? Please get people that are civil at least, they dont have to be kind. read more

The amount of stretchy stuff I found here made me reach alarmingly uncomfortable levels. Marshall's used to have it going on...what happened? It's kind of sloppy in the structure the store is designed in. I feel like I just keep walking around looking for the good stuff and only find very outdated items in an unorganized pattern. The shoes can be good sometimes but there's usually a missing shoe for the one set that interest me. Marshall's are known for their sporadically placed killer items that require extensive searching in order to retrieve. I totally searched through everything and found basically nothing I would realistically wear. Their purchasing department really needs to wake up and start making better selections to fill their racks or they will easily plummet. The fitting rooms aren't the cleanest but that's why I prefer to buy my items and try them on at home with my peace of mind then return what I don't need. It's definitely easy on the pocket as long as you have the patience to properly browse. There's so much selection in this mall which makes it hard to endure the tedious task of extensive browsing. read more

i would like to know how can you allow people to rush into the store when it opens and a few people grab shopping carts and rush to buy up all the stock of certain sneakers models like new balanced nike etc. with no quantity restrictions grabbing a few shopping carts full taking photos searching the internet they are obviously buying them and selling them for more money meanwhile your regular marshalls customers can't obtain the benefit of shopping at marshalls because they have bought up all the stock not just from sawgrass location but they go to the other store locations as well a quantity restriction would help all customers enjoy the perks of shopping at Marshalls view your store videos read more

Customers have to be very careful when they buy at Marshalls particularly the one at Sawgrass; because if by mistake you've selected a wrong size item and come back later to exchange it for another size, managers look at you from the top to the bottom and tell you that you have to pay extra if you want to exchange the item, because it's another day. I've been working in retails for years, that's the first time I've heard something like that. A judgemental manager like Dana shouldn't be at Sawgrass where Marshalls has one of its big stores and where thousands of customers walk in and out every day to purchase their goods. Forcing customers to pay extra in order to exchange an item for another (same price and brand just different size) will turn down the reputation of the company. read more

I found a shirt that was yellow tagged at $4.00 it wasn't something I was shopping for but I figured for $4 I'd buy it. I also had several other items I was buying. I get to the register and when the cashier gets to the Shirt she starts peeling off the yellow price sticker. I ask her what she's doing and she says that's not the right price. I'm like what? She proceeds to remove the tag and then the next price tag until she finally gets to the last one with a price of $8.00. She says this is the price and is about to ring it at that. I say you can't do that. She's like well that's the price. I asked if she was accusing me of changing the tag because it was pretty obvious that it wasn't the case because it took her forever to peel the price tags off. She said no but that's not the price and refused to honor the ticketed price so I told her to keep everything. It wasn't about the price of the item which I was only buying because it was marked what I could buy it elsewhere for. It was the principal. That cashier needs to be taught customer service she lost the whole sale on a 4 dollar item. read more
