Today was a semi-free day for me, and I wanted to get a polo shirt and a couple of pairs of jeans for the summer. They actually have a clearance seal for the jeans, but unfortunately not for the Polo shirts, as those are virtually never on sale. Finding someone to help me wasn't the easiest, but I was able to find the right size that I needed for the shirt anyway. The escalator to get down to the men's section was also out of service which made me look for an alternative to get to the lower level. It was all good though, I found the clothing items that I was looking for without much fuss.

They have new items frequently arriving like clothing, home products, shoes, off-season, and accessories. The luggage section has lower priced items, but the savings are not significant. What I do like about it is the organization of items. Most stores with discount departments/areas are typically messy, unorganized, or cleaned less frequently.

I had to wonder around and figure out the department I was looking for was on the opposite floor. Finally found a directory in the middle of the store near the elevators/escalators. Would have been great to know that and be able to head there instead of aimlessly navigating the floorplan for a while. I found that this location was lacking on a lot. Lacking on stock for one. A good amount of the shelves were empty or near empty with product. It is also lacking on space. It is hard to browse when you are constantly having to say excuse me or excuse somebody to get by. If it wasn't for the convenience of the location, I doubt this particular store would be open long as a standalone store. Best thing here, allowing you to go from one floor to the next.

He shamed me for trying to use more than one $5 coupon at one visit to target. Yes you heard me, $5 coupon. Not $50, not $500 but $5. I have been to 3 other targets that allowed me to do multiple transactions with the rebate coupons. Mind you, I am buying $54 Enfamil containers of formula. But the man is most likely a woman hater and kept insisting that I should not be doing it and the other targets should not be allowing me to use multiple transactions for the formula. So this woman hater is telling me, my child who drinks 10 little cans or 5 big cans of Enfamil formula a month, I should space out my coupons every couple of weeks. That's so hilarious. Then why would Enfamil send 15 coupons that expire within a few months of receiving them. He would not let up, until I said I'm just trying to feed my child. I have never seen such a horrible customer service representative in my life. Not sure who he paid to become manager of this location. Rest assured, I will be mentioning this to all my friends and family to avoid this location as much as possible. What crappy customer service, disrespect towards woman and buying customers. I spent over $300 today on Enfamil formula at target and he refused to let me use a couple of $5 coupons. How ridiculous, a big rule follower and stickler and likes to shame woman who are just buying milk for their family. I'm sure he's a real fun person to be around for his family. NOT.

The item had a good rating on the site, from 20 reviews. The materials listed for the item were 96% steel and 4% plastic. The item had decorative end caps that hid the rubber feet that hold it against the wall. The 4% plastic that comprises the item was the entirety of the end caps. They were extremely thin, extremely brittle plastic. The lone item was shipped to me in a box that could have contained a quantity of 3-4 of this item. No bubble wrap or any kind of protective packaging was included and thus the item arrived with a fragile end cap destroyed. It turns out that all 20 of the reviews on the site were provided by people who received the item for free, as part of a promotion from a website called influenster.com in exchange for their review. When I set up a return for the item there was seemingly no option to request a replacement (not that I wanted another), and I was informed that $8.00 would be deducted from my refund to pay for the return shipping. This item was garbage that was overpriced at $24.99 or even the $19.37 that I'll be getting back. It was such a bad shopping experience that I sincerely feel like I was scammed. I will never do business with JCPenny again.

Giant has always been there and has gone through several modernizations and expansions. Kmart has also been a mainstay but now they are closing down. Restaurants include: Popeyes, Moby Dick, Maleks Pizza, Chipotle, Halal Guys, Potbelly, Bob and Edith's Diner, Pho, Hard Times, a Chinese place, and Pollo Camparo. Shops include: CVS, Lifeway Books, Buy Buy Baby, and Treasure Trove thrift shop. Grocery includes: Trader Joe's, Giant, and Springfield Butcher There is a new Pediatric Urgent Care center too. As you can see, there are quite a few shops that draw a lot of cars but there is only one light to get out. There are a few other ways in and out but those are also really congested. I do find it helpful that people participating in the DC slug lines are able to park here for free during the day.

Asked her to get it through my Kohls CC but she already scanned the order# tag (seemed a bit lazy, as if she didn't want to start the process over). At the end of the day, was able to get it through the confirmation email. Making the refund process difficult is what makes the customer not want to return! This place is busy. They do have a lot of parking spots. Please be careful of non drivers. I go here occasionally. People that live close by, probably enjoy it for the convenience factor. To me it's another strip mall. They have some stores, but nothing that screams must go to type.
