Not friendly at all. The staff wanders around in la la land, I've already had to wait over 5 min at the register because the cashier was talking (personal matters) with her friend. Hello?! Ring up my ONE item so I can get out of here and then continue your gossip session! The prices are way too high for almost everything. The only thing I will say is, if they tear open a bag of dog food, they will sell it at a discount. But it's usually still more than you'd pay at Walmart for a non ripped bag.

I called corporate customer service and said the only recourse I have is to cancel the order and WAIT for the funds to be released. Walmart does not care about customers and apparently the manager at this walmart does not care about profits being in a tourist area. I , like an idiot, even paid for walmart +! I wish we ( customers) had options to hold these stores accountable. Corporate better wake up and take control of this store or their profits will suffer. Tourist season is just about upon us!

You can tell that this location was one that they just hurried up and built. There are multiple…read morereasons as to why it appears that way. They took advantage of the fact that it is near a tourist area. They also took advantage of attempting to lure shoppers here. Another reason as to why it looks like the built in a hurry, they made it a supercenter, but built it too small. The inside of this thing is way too small to be consider a supercenter in terms of size. With the smaller floorplan you get a smaller selection of items. I noticed that was a complaint in at least one other review. I also noted that in another review, if you are not paying attention, you will bypass this place. Although I do not agree that it is good for any given area to have a Walmart. It comes off as convenient in the spur of the moment, but it really hurts a community most times. Walmart isn't the end all for shopping. Especially when it is as small as it is and doesn't really have that much in regard to variety. Alright, I feel like I'm beating a dead horse here. It was just a quick stop for me as I wasn't really needing anything, but since I was out I stopped in. I did a quick once around the store to see if there was anything I needed. Of course, per usual, you come in here with no intentions on buying things and you end up with an armload of items before you know it. I grabbed a few items, paid and made my way back out to the car. The department store was two stories and had escalators. The selection of women's clothing was gigantic! The departments for men's, girls', and boys' clothing were a good size also, as were the departments for shoes, accessories, housewares, beauty products, etcetera. They also had a chocolate bar that sold fudge and other products. Prices were low. For example, I bought a pair of slippers that had a suggested retail price of $24 but were on sale for only $10--bargain! The slippers look stylish and feel comfortable to wear. Several cash registers were spread throughout the store, and a few cashiers were available to serve me. My cashier accurately rang up my purchase, and she politely thanked me for visiting. The only reason why I knocked off a star is because I found only one product to buy, but I could imagine other customers coming here and going on a shopping spree!

The Johnstown location is the closest to me and I really wish they would move into Westmoreland County so I did have to drive so far. The service, like anywhere, is affected by low staffing. There are centralized sales desks to check out, but most only have one employee staffing it. Still, they are apologetic for your wait time and are very courteous and efficient. As far as selection, there is so much to look at, I almost always come home spending more than I planned. The shoe department is especially good. So is the handbag department. Actually every department I have shopped has had a good assortment and I can find things I want. They also have a Clearance center with REALLY low prices on the second floor.

After 6 weeks passed with no update, we waited another 6 weeks. At that point, we received a phone call apologizing for the "bad news" and were told it would be another 4 weeks. Concerned, I stopped by the store and spoke with a different sales associate. I asked if the 4-week timeline could be guaranteed, and she told me it could not -- in fact, she said it would likely be longer than that. This directly contradicted what we had just been told over the phone. At this point, we are nearly four months in with no clear or reliable delivery timeline. The lack of transparency and inconsistent communication has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others about purchasing furniture from this store if it requires warehouse delivery, as the estimated timelines do not appear to be accurate or dependable.

Everett is not a very big place to begin with and to build this here might have been a bit of overkill. Don't let what I just said make you think that this place is huge in any part, actually quite the opposite. It is a condensed super center. Maybe that's the best way to describe this place. They were attempting to give you this false sense that this place is big and will have everything you can imagine. Well if that is what you are thinking all I can say is take a trip here and see if you can get everything on your shopping list. All the aisles are narrow and shorter than all other super centers you will come across. You will have to either wait to make it through an aisle or walk forever until you find one that you can go down. As for the merchandise, you will find the most popular items on the shelf, but not the one you want. I couldn't find a single item that I was looking for, but I found a lot of the Walmart branded items for those items. Only good side, self checkouts.
