Their website says that they sell a variety of products for dogs, cats, livestock, wildlife, lawn and garden, etc. When I entered the store, the employee at the entrance saw me, but I had to initiate the hello. I browsed the shelves and could not find the selection that I expected. I asked the employee if she had any cat collars and leashes, and she showed me the one that I had already found. My husband then found a large selection of collars and leashes for dogs, and they would work for a cat. The employee selected a leash that had a pretty pattern and would match a collar. I also found shampoo and a brush to buy. The cashier rang up my items. In the store, I wondered if the prices were fair, so I compared the prices to other stores' prices when I got home. The shampoo cost cost 80 cents more on Amazon and Chewy! The brush cost $1 more on Amazon! The collar cost a few dollars more on Amazon! The price for the leash was comparable. Fetch-N-Go has some low prices!

I was told that the tech who did the work most likely still had them but lo and behold, the next day they were suddenly gone. After a few minutes, sales guy grunts that he can't fine my order on line. I offered to show him the email showing the order number. He became even more agitated and says " it doesn't matter to me " 5 minutes later, he locates the order and lamely says that he hadn't checked the West Central orders, only looked at the John Deere orders. This was at the Butler store. In the future, if I can order on Amazon I will and avoid this jerk at the sales desk.
