Everything is miss priced. Selection is great, they have a bit of everything! Clothes, food, hardware, outdoor and more. Parking is okay. Staff is horrible. Today I was standing around the popcorn which they give for free. A few older ladies were standing there trying to get some but it was empty with a little on the sides. 4 staff members were standing behind it and did nothing. One of the old ladies even said something to them. Trying be helpful I tapped on the side of the box to drop some of the popcorn and this guy in a green shirt who yelled at me and told me to stop I would break the glass. And I should've just asked him to scrape the side. He scrapped the crumbs and didn't fill the popcorn machine. 1 person got the crumbs and the rest stood waiting. I would go anywhere but here. Every visit has had a rude staff member to me or someone else.

So now when we buy something at Rural King, we not only pay a price on goods which includes operating expenses, and company profit, but we get charged extra to pay for some future non existent store at some unknown location which may or may not ever open and that we will never shop in. No thanks. I left without making a purchase and don't plan to return as long as they steal from their customers.

Ross is a decent chain of discount stores full of clothing and home decor, although the overall inventory isn't as nice as comparable chains. Sometimes I'll find the same item that I found at TJ for a higher price at Ross, and sometimes I'll find brands I can't find at Marshall's for a super low price at Ross, but it's pretty rare. I have yet to find a Ross that's "better" or "worse" than any other Ross, so if you've been to one, you can come to this one knowing what to expect. The inventory doesn't seem to change very often, so I wouldn't go out of my way to frequent this location.

I don't often have to make returns to Amazon but when I do, I was hoping the process would be easy. I also was thinking how nice I can return my Amazon products to Kohl's and maybe take a look around a real store and buy something for Christmas. Instead of being treated like a guest, I was practically dismissed by one of the most insensitive and disingenuous retail worker imaginable! The lady behind the customer service counter had her back turned for practically two minutes before she acknowledged me grudgingly said, may I help you? In a tone indicator, her attitude was not to help me at all. I put my package on the counter and said I would like to return this please and she said well you're not gonna do that here! That's a UPS tag. We don't do that here. I said well what if I take the tag off it's only loosely Taped. She said if you want to return to Kohl's you need a Kohl's tag. You will have to go home and re-print one out. I'm thinking, oh my mistake, but she did not offer a solution that could've kept me as a customer in her store. This lady's in her 50s with long blonde turning grey hair and glasses and Suffers from an superiority complex She made a mistake by taking a job at a place where she has contempt for working with the public She wasn't busy, there were no customers behind me but she did not offer to print a new tag out for me so that I could shop at Kohl's. However those are the items that you need to pick through. I wish that it would be a constant mix of items, but these seem to be the items that go faster than the clothing. The biggest hold up here, was checking out. Because it is newer in the area and a newer store setup lots of people definitely shop here, so if there are not a lot of cashiers, the line is going to be longer and that equates to longer wait times.
