I said I'd never wear Crocs with the closed toe... Especially after seeing the price point - lol. The need arose for a shoe that could go from wet terrain to dry terrain, then back and forth (with some toe protection). I resisted buying the shoe for more than 15 years, I have to admit, they do work perfectly and are easy to get on and remove. Marshalls had the shoes for $34.99 - That's $20 less than the outlet mall price. So, I decided to give into the fad (although I'm very late to the fad - lol). I didn't know Marshalls sold Crocs, so it was a pleasant surprise to not only see the deep discount in my size, it was equally pleasant to get in and out the store so quickly. My cashier was friendly and pleasant.

At any rate we tried to exit through the same entrance we came in, it had been locked even though our car was parked right out front. The manager said they could not re open to let us out the way we came in so we would have to walk around to the front. That would be a HARD NO. I informed management that I was unable to walk long distances, their solution was to send Security. It was 4 of us which included my 5 year old grand baby. Security said they could only transport one of us. The rest if us had to walk through a dark parking garage at night with my 5-year-old grandchild. That is completely unacceptable and unsafe. There should be better protocols in place for customer safety and accessibility after hours. To make matters worse, my daughter recently placed an online order with Macy's and paid for 2-day shipping, only to find out the items won't arrive until Monday, well past the date they were needed. Between the poor in-store experience and unreliable online service, Macy's has truly fallen short. I expected much better from a company of this reputation.

You can ask where something is and get three different answers, none of which are anywhere near correct. It's like everyone's guessing their way through the shift. The only reason I'm still walking through those automatic doors is the prices. If it weren't for the savings, I'd happily take my business somewhere that actually treats customers like they matter. Convenience and cost keep it in the rotation, but the service definitely doesn't.

I've never had an issue shopping here, and that's saying something given how many moving parts a store like this has. The staff is always friendly no matter which department I end up in, and I often see them actively stocking, which explains why shelves are rarely empty. It feels well-managed, and I can usually get in and out without too much hassle. My one gripe is more about Walmart as a chain than this specific store: they still don't accept tap-to-pay, which just feels outdated at this point. That said, this location itself does what it's supposed to -- friendly service, stocked shelves, and the convenience of having everything in one place. For me, that's all I really need from a Walmart, and that's saying a lot considering that as a chain I don't like Walmart, but sometimes you have to get what you need.
