Shopping at Walmart is a test of patience and endurance. The workers are often rude or completely disengaged, and trying to get help feels like interrupting someone's nap. You can ask where something is and get three different answers, none of which are anywhere near correct. It's like everyone's guessing their way through the shift. The assistant manager, SAL is an absolute crook and a thief the attitude that the team lead Tamara and the assistant manager Sal gave me was absolutely ridiculous. I had purchased a product from them at 7:57 upon looking at the product in the parking lot, I realized it was used And functional I took it back inside just to be met with you have to call this phone number. I called the phone number. Got a reference number came back to Walmart and wasted another hour and a half of my time manager sat there and argued with the customer service representative from corporate for a while, I will never shop at this Walmart again I feel bad for all the employees there that have to work under such poor management money elsewhere and don't trust people like Sal what an absolute dirty crook read more

If you've been to one, you've pretty much been to all Walmart's. This particular location basically sits at the corner of Cobb Parkway and Terrell Mill, hidden behind a few other business but it does feature entrances on both CP and TM. This is definitely one of the Walmart locations that I try really hard to avoid after about 11:00 AM and all together on the weekends. The reason being is they are always short on cashiers and they run out of stuff quick. So, I try to get ahead of things, get in and get out. Service is what you expect at a Walmart. They do what they got to do to keep it moving and not a lot extra. I've never had a bad experience with an associate, just a lot of "meh" experiences whether it's on the sales floor, at the registers or deli. Overall, Walmart is a necessary evil in many of our lives and on the occasion that I must venture in to one, this one is closest to me, so it's my choice by proxy! read more

I was surprised to see that this location was not on point as anticipated. No welcoming employees not even from the Greeter. Sought assistance & it took two employees to pass the buck to where the Manager came over to provide the easy answer I was looking for "not in stock" after looking in a few places for me. Store is in horrible shape, unpleasant odor lingering in the air & the employees exudes more energy to socialize with one another oppose to delivering the Wally World standard on great smiley prices with friendly service. Stopped by Customer Service to share feedback & since the employee was playing with her hair & nails, I opted to remain quiet (surprisingly so) & kept it moving. This Walmart is just okay. I've gone in at least twice now standing in the checkout line to purchase gift cards. On both occasions, I was told differently by several employees. I was told after waiting in line for 15 mins that customer service was the only department that could ring up gift cards. The other employees said that I could purchase without going to customer service. I wasted time going back and forth between lines. It would be helpful in the future for all employees to know the protocol for gift card purchases. read more

MULE MOTHS!!!!! Mule moths are the moths that will eat through any material. If they get into your home, they will eat your clothes away, walls, furniture, everything. I do not have pictures as I was honestly moving to fast to think of taking pictures so I do apologize. Be EXTREMELY careful at this location!! Either they are not storing the items in the back warehouse correctly or they are not checking items thoroughly enough. Whatever the issue is, this location does have mule moths in the pet food dry bags. If this bag was stored with the rest of the warehouse bulk (which it was) then this is NOT the only bag or item in the store that has probably been touched and ran through by these mule moths. I had to exchange my dry cat food, friskies, due to it having not just A mule moth inside the bag but an entire nest....i opened this bag in my home thinking nothing of it just to notice little moving insects inside the bag, that's when I looked closer to see the webs being made inside and eggs being laid as well. I did not have any issues when exchanging but I did open my second food bag in the store just incase. If it's like that in one dry pet food bag, I cannot imagine what the back of this stores warehouse looks like... it's truly a shame that if you want to be frugal and try to go a cheaper route for a minute, you are subjected to laziness, poor management and unsanitary/health hazardous items. Again it is on me for no pictures! This is not the only problem with this location either. Genuinely just go to a different location, rather be safe than sorry because they don't care either way! read more

I have never seen a Walmart where you do not have plastic bags to put your purchases in. They have them if you use the cashier but not self check out. They want you to buy these little Walmart shopping bags that are so small you may be able to put a loaf on bread in it. The handles are too short to go over your shoulder. Typical Walmart....nothing new and nothing special. The parking lot is busy and have to be careful when driving as people and kids come out of no where. The place is packed with people that are shopping. The Walmart is played out like every other store. The people who work there are average. I do most on my shopping online and it's probably been a year or two since I've bought anything from Walmart. Well yesterday they had a tv on sale that I wanted and this was the only store showing that they had one in stock in the Atlanta area. I place my order online at about 1pm for store pickup and receive an email saying that it'll be ready same day before 8pm. 7pm rolls around and I haven't received an email that the order is ready so I drove 30 minutes to this location and when I arrive I look for someone in the pickup area to help me but I can't find anyone. I finally go to customer service and ask for help and they inform me that they don't have access to the pickup orders because it's run by a separate department. She looks for them and is unable to find them so at this point it's about 7:55 and I speak with a manager and am told in store pickup closes at 8 but they usually leave around 7:45 and I'd have to return tomorrow because there is nothing she can do. The following day I receive an email advising that my order is cancelled due to items being out of stock. My advice, stick to Amazon. It's so much easier to deal with and customer service is much better. read more

This Walmart is awful! My family and I will go way out of our way to go anywhere but this Walmart! There are a few times when the other Walmart on Cobb closes early due to some incident or when Target is closed when we actually shop here. Ughhhhhhh. This is the worst Walmart to use ANY coupons. Just don't even bother. The cashier will shame you and blame you that the coupon isn't working implying that you are doing something wrong or illegal. I can rarely have coupons work here- and then when the employee looks at it- it's just "well it doesn't scan, so we don't except it!" Ughhh when these coupons EXACTLY match and then I get treated like crap for trying to use them. These employees really don't give a SH*****T about anything. Messy, not stocked, rude, not trained, not wearing masks, not being able to tell customers where certain items are on their app, dirty and just overall poor moral. I hate this Walmart and my family and I will go way out of our way to go to the other one off Cobb or Target just to avoid this one! Won't be surprised if they close within this year. read more

Ordered something online then got an email saying it was cancelled, then got an email saying it was ready. Tried to call the store 7 times and no one answers any of the phone lines. Tried pickup, associate, electrical no one answers so can't find out if it was cx'd or is ready. Then got an email saying that I picked it up!They also charged for the pick up I didn't pick up. So back on the phone to see what is going on. Finally got the telephone operator to answer and she took a msg for someone to call me. Waited hours and then just called the Walmart customer service line. Was transferred 3 times and finally got Valerie who got my $ credited back (in 10 days) and then when I wanted to complain about not being able to contact anyone at the store Valerie just hung up. My guess is Walmart won't. be around much longer with customer service like it is. (they thought Sears would always be around).I will never order again from Walmart.
