There also automotive services from purchasing and installing tires, to engine diagnostics and repair. I've brought my vehicles here before so I give it the same rating as the store. One thing for sure, SO MANY SALE SIGNS! It feels like a third of this place is stocked with items that have been discounted...some as much as 77%! Lots of bins loaded with eye-popping deals. If you take the time look at comparable products and prices within a department, you may be able to get something with more features than an item that's on sale; smart shoppers know this! I didn't have to interact with staff on the floor but they seemed helpful with others. Don't forget to sign up for the Triangle Rewards program before going to checkout. My transaction was quickly processed and I was back out into the huge parking lot. BTW, a food truck vendor is situated next to the doors leading into Automotive Service/Driving entrance.

I returned on Dec 1, but the technician wasn't there. The staff rescheduled me for Dec 2 at 12 PM, but when I arrived, the manager told me they didn't know when the technician would arrive and asked me to wait. This lack of communication and poor scheduling is unacceptable. How can staff show up without informing the manager? It wasted my time and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I expected better from Canadian Tire.

Winners stores have brand name clothing, footwear, bedding, furniture, fine jewellery, beauty products, and housewares. The consumer target market is drop-in customers as you can't shop on-line (...which is currently the case). On any given week they can stock a product you may never see stocked again. Other Winners stores may not have the same product on hand. If you like it, then I suggest you buy as you can always return it if you change your mind. Staff are helpful and checkouts are fairly quick.

Ok, not quite sure WHY they opened yet another Winners...when there's one just a block south!…read more I came on the Grand Opening and the location is large and new. Fixtures were dark, especially the shoe shelves. They had large flood lights, but I found the lighting quite dim, a bit irritating to me. I think it's done on purpose so you don't know what time of day it is. "Designer" brands were only a few purses on a round 3-tiered shelf in the front. Again, not sure if they're going to expand this into a full-on "Red Carpet" section. Selection-wise, I found it a little better than your average Winners, but again, it's a Grand Opening, so of course they'll have their best merch up front. Line was horrendous, so I left without purchasing anything.

Incredibly frustrating experience with Customer Service and Walmart's photo services that…read morehighlights a serious lack of customer service and organization. TLDR: CS was a disaster. Our photos were damaged, and the "managers" were unhelpful and disorganized when we tried to get a refund. When we placed our photo order in-store, it took about an hour for an older employee to come and process the orders. There were clear frustrations by other customers but since he was pleasant, I let it go. When he got to us, he assured us that if we didn't like the photos or found them to be poor quality, we could get a refund with no issues. His exact words were, "If you don't like the photos or they're bad quality, I'll give you a refund, and you can do whatever you want with them." He then told us to wait for an email to come pick them up. We trusted this information and left, expecting the process to go smoothly. We never received the pick up email. After two weeks of silence, we returned to the store only to find that our order had been sitting on the floor for an unknown amount of time. A younger employee we spoke to didn't seem to care, nor could he tell us how long the order had been there, even though the box was clearly marked with the date of arrival. When we checked the photos, they were damaged--rolled in a way that caused wrinkles, folds, and scratches. The ink on the photos had deteriorated because it had transferred and smudged during transit, leading to noticeable loss of image quality. When we asked for a refund, the same young employee claimed he couldn't do anything and directed us to call a phone number that never connected us to anyone. To make matters worse, he simply left the kiosk and never returned, leaving us waiting for 20 minutes. A second employee with an "assistant general manager" tag then advised us to get a refund at customer service. On our way there, I received an email saying our order was ready for pickup--while I was already holding the damaged products. At customer service, yet another "manager" took 15 minutes to process the refund, even after seeing the clearly damaged photos and proof of purchase, and claiming they needed to shred the photos as part of their policy--the exact opposite of what we were told before. The ordeal continued with conflicting statements from different employees. One claimed they couldn't leave the customer service area, even though he had just done so minutes earlier. More employees got involved, none of whom introduced themselves or seemed to communicate with each other. One of them, with a name tag "Sherry", even gaslit us numerous times (emphasis on numerous) by denying everything we had been told earlier, suggesting that we were lying about our experience. She then blamed FedEx, the printers, and other factors outside of our knowledge and claimed that Walmart had no responsibility for the quality or delivery of the photos, despite us showing her our in-store order confirmation. Adding insult to injury, we were told that they couldn't help us unless we remembered the names of all the employees we had interacted with two weeks earlier. I asked if they could look up the history of purchases and she said no. After leaving in frustration, I returned to ask for the shredded photos, only to be told that they hadn't shredded them yet but would do so in front of me. After another 10 minutes of waiting, the employee emerged with what looked like photos cut up with scissors, claiming they had just shredded them. Walmart Heartland desperately needs to train its employees on basic customer service and internal communication. The managers were not managing. The experience was beyond frustrating; as a Walmart+ member, I will never do business here again.

(Leggings under $25 and tank tops ranging from $12 to under $20). I didn't have any luck with sports apparel at this location. The pair of NIke leggings I found was $42.00 which is too much for Nordstrom Rack. My friend found a pair of MiuMiu sunglasses for $99.97 but was scratched on both lens. They had a large selection of NEST diffusers and candles for half price from the standard retail price. I didn't see any nice clothes or great deals that interested me. The winner for this trip was the athletic shoes selection! They had a nice selection of past season Nike shoes available in my size. My friend picked up a pair of airmax verona for $59.97 that's currently on sale at the Bay for $136 (regular price $170). As for me, I picked up a pair of superrep for HIIT that I've been eyeing for awhile. It retails for $160 and I got it for $89.97. If you're like me and somewhat into sneakers but don't want to pay retail and don't want super old models or outlet styles from the outlet, it's worth swinging!

Unfortunately this location really doesn't have much to offer. Not much selection in shoes, clothing, make up, jewelry, bags nor home stuff. The best designer handbag I have seen here is a Valentino. No designer cross-bodies I have seen yet-I still feel Off Saks has a much better handbag and sun glass selection. I have bought some really nice shoes from NR in the past but this location never has any variety. As far as the location goes it very central.Lots of parking but it can get busy since they are located in a pretty busy plaza. The staff is helpful. I know they have another location in Vaughan mall I'm definitely going to check them out as well to see if they have something exciting to offer since I really really used to enjoy shopping here when I lived in the US and I'm not giving up this soon LOL!!

Because it covers such a vast area, it's best to figure out which stores you'd like to visit and drive over to them. The stores range from outlets to regular retail. You also have eateries and professional services mixed in for good measure. My go-to stores tend to be Winners, Kitchen Stuff Plus, Gap Outlet, and Krispy Kreme. The first two are next door from each other, so it's a two-for-one shopping extravaganza for me. I have found some nice merchandise at good prices at both stores. I love this Gap Outlet, as I have scored some nice discounts on jackets and clothing. I don't consume donuts often, but I love Krispy Kreme to the point where I've been known to do a donut run before heading back to the office. It takes me fifteen minutes to get here from my workplace. It's deadly and cool. Besides the stores that I have just mentioned, here's a running list of stores at Heartland that I have visited so far: - Bath & Body Works - Best Buy - Loblaws - Marshalls - Old Navy - Roots - Seafood City Supermarket Here are eateries that I have stuffed my face at: - Grill City - Heart Sushi - Jollibee - Tandoori Flame There are so many stores and eateries. I haven't visited them all yet. It'll take a while! Here are some stores and eateries that I'd like to visit: - Beanwise - Bergham - California Sandwiches - Copper Branch - Crocs - Mr Puffs - The Chopped Leaf I've never had any issues parking. I've dropped by on countless Saturdays and Sundays. It can get crazy, but I always find parking. It's cool shopping here. I feel the need to get some retail therapy now! (212)
