Great shoe and home department. Not so great selection for dresses or coats. Plenty of cashiers at all times & very helpful staff.

I always find incredible brands for ridiculously low prices here. Thanks for keeping a budget restricted mom stylish!

It's Walmart…read more Horrific clientele, dirty store, ridiculous lines, and crappy products. I will say I needed an item quickly and they did have it in stock. The box it came in was crushed, but the item still worked. So I would say that's a plus. Try to avoid Walmart if you can. Thanks

First of all, as a disabled combat veteran and senior citizen as well as a self proclaimed Walmart…read more"Queen"-y'know since I am a recurring customer-I was quite taken aback at the negativity, vehemence andthe lack of CS skills of two employees that I was subjected to. First, let me state that this is my 3rd time at this store in about four years.  My previous visits went well.   Customer service, employee interactions, product selections, and availability were very good.  My experience, this time, was marred significantly by two employees when I sought to check out. Asset employee Jeffrey Porter-he very belligerently gave me his name--was very hostile and kept interjecting negative comments while I was speaking to another employee who was called over in reference to the 15 item limit policy  There was only one cashier on duty at the time at register 5. She was checking out a large order. Additionally, he stated he was "The Enforcer"of store policy. Stated that there was a lot of theft at this store. With all that that implies, it was obvious he believed i was stealing. Otherwise, why bring up theft when im inquiring about policy? And that the manager was not available. When I asked for a number and Store Mgr name, I was told that didn't matter.  This occurred at approximately 8 am. The second employee was a grey haired grandmotherly type and also was rude.  The 3rd employee i interacted with was trying to explain the 15 item limit policy in between comments and interjections from Jeffrey Porter.  However, she did manage to understand that i understood the time of day and staffing of cashiers in the morning and that my issue was the poor customer service I was experiencing from the two employees.  She also stated I would get the store managers name and phone number i could call from the receipt.  The managers name was, "TBD." So. I am going to call the number and see if I can get a name later this morning. I urge all seniors/veterans to avoid this location until such a time as these employees can receive training/retraining or counseling for the PTSD they are obviously suffering from due to to the "thefts" they told me about  in addition to having a manager named TBD.

the mall (inside) itself really is sad indeed. the last time I went in was a couple years back. i…read morewas curious so I cut through from kohls and did a quick stroll to barnes & noble and back. there were able 5 shoppers in my sight total. in there, i found a dollar store, payless shoes (or equivalent), a cheap jewelry/accessories store (like claire's), a tobacco/lottery/snacks type of corner stand, maybe a haircut or nail place, among a couple other random things. i did remember secretly rejoicing at the fact that the tobacco store stocks cigars, not that i ever went back to get any. i'm giving the place 4 stars not because of the above, but because i'm counting the "outer rim" businesses as part of the mall (they do situate on the premise), also the fact that the management does make an effort to revive the place despite current sadness: jo-ann fabric and petsmart opened this past year, texas roadhouse and "something" fitness joined in a couple years back, and a few more smaller establishments (a battery place, a froyo place) popped up as well. there are also small but helpful changes on the outer roadways made recently to ease/de-tangle mall traffic. numerous crosswalks were added around the lot. they also invited Santa over during the holiday season! i never saw him myself but couldn't help but see the gigantic signs hung around outside, even along route 1. so yeah, management does still care, and that's very commendable in the days and times we live in. the only "complaint" left to make, since ever, is really the fact that the mall/parking lot is not accessible to/from the mcdonald's side. meaning, one can only go in/out by coney street, or route 1 south (from north you'll have to wait at that intersection light, then turn into coney or make a u-ie). small inconvenience, but nothing one can really do about it. parking lot is huge enough to support the patronage though -- mostly to the few brand-name stores (kohls, b&n, old navy, bath & body works, office max, party city, gym, etc) and restaurants (chili's, panera, taco bell, five guys, panda express, texas roadhouse, etc) on the outer rim. the multiple entry/exit points along route 1 s really makes sense too. there was never a problem going in and out, even on weekends and black friday, no matter how long your stay is. overall, this mall is very beneficial to locals and has a reason to stay. i have lived around the area for years and this is my go-to place when a need pops up: from food, books, gifts, supplies, to quick/specific/holiday shopping, i can find it here. this is NOT the type of place one should be looking to make a whole-day family outing out of, nor is this the place to satisfies all needs (though it still kinda does, in smaller scale). for those needs, there are legacy/patriots/providence place(s) at your service. yeah the lack of foot traffic inside the mall is really depressing, but that's for the store owners to worry about, not consumers. i probably overlooked the little play area (with climb-y, crawl-y structures, coin-op cars/horsies) inside last time i was in there. in-laws recently took my child there and he had a blast! my kid was not being trampled to death by tens of other kids, and he could play as long as he wanted without the crowd or elevated noise level which one should come to expect on any playground at peak hours. fewer users also (hopefully) means, relatively cleaner structures. now who is to say there is no upside for a deserted mall? :)

Kicking out long time…read moretenants to build a "trampoline park" is just so ridiculous and what they're doing to the inside portion is even worse. It looks horrible. Maybe you could've put actual stores that people like going to in there and not destroy the place with some childish play place. Unacceptable

I wanted to buy up all the hair oils, mousse, shampoos and conditioner, but I settled for my favorite body butter, some Dr. Bronners soap and something new; Airheads watermelon sugar scrub. I asked the woman who worked there where all the bar soap went and she was nice enough to show me a lil cut where they stashed some soaps, while they're moving a few things around in the store. I like coming " out" to Tj Maxx ( this means out of my hood cause they ain't got nothing on the shelves back home).

I hate going to this one to try on clothes. The older woman with the white pixie cut who's always in the dressing rooms always has an attitude and makes rude and sarcastic remarks when you give her something back that you don't want. I thought maybe she was having a bad day the time it happened, but I've been in here on numerous occasions and she says things like "of course you don't want it, great!". Some days I just put products back so I don't have to try them on, in order to avoid her. If you're miserable and hate your job that's one thing but don't take it out on others who are trying to go about their day.

She went down into the store it was a busy holiday season went into the store found the planes I was speaking of. She held them up at the counter for me. I went right over to get them. She was so kind and friendly.
