She explained they had a new system and there may have been a glitch. She personally walked me to another register and had to rescan all my items (God bless her) and with the help of her associate, Sarine, they were able to help me open an account. They were so kind and patient and apologized profusely for the delay and inconvenience. They should be commended for their outstanding customer service.

Monday of Christmas week, there was ONE person working at a register. Christmas week! This is peak time for full shopping carts and gift cards, for which checking out at a register is preferred. The cashier just kept looking around as if to say, "Is anyone else coming?" Fortunately, I was only fourth in line (that's still bad enough). When I was finally at the register, she phoned for assistants, but by then, the line at this register was about 10 people and stretching into the main aisle. This is in addition to everything I wrote about years ago. Later in the day, I was at the Target in Saratoga/Wilton, where almost every register was active. The only reason I'll sometimes shop here is out of convenience, since it is the closest Target to me, and in a plaza with a few other stores at which I shop. But I'd pretty much prefer shopping at any other Target in the area when possible.

That's just the look and feel, aesthetically very old mall. I wouldn't be able to tell about service bc I hardly saw anyone with uniform that looks like they work for the mall operations. As for shops, there are quite a few decent stores - Zara, H&M, Victoria Secrets, Primack, REI, very typical mall brands. If you ever need something, outfit for something, hit this mall up. I'm excited to see a Singapore Cafe type spot is opening soon! Can't wait.

For one thing, they opted to cancel my Kohl's card for lack of use during the pandemic - it's very rare that I've had a department store charge car canceled on me that quickly. It didn't help today they were out of most of the items I was seeking (some were on sale). Of course, Kohl's is one of those stores that plays "You saved so much money today!" games by starting with markups followed by "deep" discounts. I have to believe this store is short-staffed as well. Many shelves for clothes look like they hadn't been straightened out since the store opened that morning. They didn't have enough registers open by the main entrance either, and the line of customers waiting there to check out was at least fifty feet long. The company isn't doing anything exciting enough to try to get me back, and this store's situation didn't help.

The cashier Brian tried to rob me, he received $156 of the total of $154.50 and kept asking me for $20 extra even though he counted twice and then he lowered the amount again. When I got home he didn't even bother to remove the alarm from my jacket, surprised ? nope He probably thought we were stupid because we were in speaking another language with each other and he was aggressive and demanding more money when he was wrong the whole time . Screaming (yes screaming) " you only gave me $136 give me another give me other 20" until I helped my elder parents count it and we were right. Then he dropped my blankets on the floor on purpose and 3 employees passed them behind the counter and nobody had the correct employee behavior and ethics to pick it up or pretend to care about customers zero class or training. It's fine if they wanna act that way but why be so obvious ? If he doesn't know how to count it's a problem for your company as cashiers and if he was trying to scam us with $20-30 extra that's a legal issue, I'm a resident here I just happen to know more than 3 languages. In the meantime, I don't recommend it unless you're going early in the day but after rush hour, or are heading to one of the specialty stores as a destination, because you'll be wasting a ton of time just getting in and out, as well as car karma.
