Super cool unique finds here for decor! I love a good Marshall's and this fits the bill! They fit a lot into the space and I felt like I kept finding gems around every corner. Stupid cashier cough directly in my face. Did not cover her mouth or turn her head. I asked her if she was sick and she said no. I stated to her she cough directly in face. Apparently, she does not have basics manners. Never said I am sorry or excuse me. Since she did not apology I believe she intentionally cough in my face. I will be calling the store manager. Never going back to this germ infected store unless I get sick. I am going back to spread the love. She is spreading germs to all the customers that come in contact with her and her work station. read more

Stopped by to buy some clothes for my son for our upcoming vacation. Picked up a couple of pants in the boys section. Marshall's is a good place to buy kids clothing, comforters, kitchen stuff and furniture. I would find great deals on branded comforter sets (specifically Tommy or Ralph Lauren), not the same deals but still way better than the competition. Most of my comforters I have bought are from Marshalls. Over the last 2 to 3 years I have ventured out of marshalls but haven't been able to match the high quality and the price at Marshall's. read more

If I could give zero stars....They treat customers like animals just because the manager feels like a miserable one. Like any normal human being we were planning to get a couple of couches and were sitting on them to try them first, my dad was feeling bad and was taking his blood pressure and the woman I guess manager or associate came to yell at us WATCHING how sick my dad was feeling and proceeded to say '' you have to get off the couch, it's on sale '' things on sale ?? at Marshalls? no shttt who would've known!!! she was violent and uncivilized and made me not want to purchase the items and your lack of training and manners is just nasty and despicable. I don't know her name but she was tall and wearing a low ponytail, a woman of color just like me except she decided to start treating others like trash just because she's unhappy working at Marshalls. I will take this to a higher degree and call customer protection and supervision if she continues working there. read more

Not the best Marshall's I have been too. It's by far the skimpiest one. It is not very clean and the selections are sparse. Maybe I caught them during a rough patch. If you are shopping shopping you may want to go elsewhere to find another Marshall's. read more

My friend just called me crying because of the employees in this Marshalls. She was accused of stealing while wearing very tightly fitting clothing and carrying a very small purse. The employee at the changing room desk made a scene that was absolutely not needed and made my friend extremely uncomfortable for absolutely no reason. I can promise you I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

In Troy NY this Marshall's is in a strip mall that is VERY busy on a Sunday. Driving in this parking lot is dangerous. Be careful. But the Marshall's is very nice! Large. Well organized. Even though busy the merchandise was all on the shelves where it belonged. Super long checkout line but it moved along. Other than the terrible parking lot this is a great Marshalls. read more

I was just at this Marshall's around 9 on 5/31 and this old women in the fitting room was so rude. I have never met anyone with such an attitude. She gave another person in-front of me a fitting room, then proceeded to snap at the poor women about the placement of things. She then told me I had 5 minutes to use the fitting room. But her voice was snappy and angry. I understand it might have been a long day for her but no one should ever be treated like that. She should really find another job. I was very dissatisfied with her actions. read more

I dunno why anyone would call this a "Ghetto" Marshalls. Not only is that offensive but false!!!! Many middle to upper class people come here to shop for bargains. I shop Louboutin,Gianmarco Lorenzi,Giseppe Zanotti, Sephora,Ulta,etc. I still come here! who the heck would reject a bargain? Beyonce is out here shopping in Target, and she is a millionaire celeb! you must be crazy and dumb not to shop for bargains. Nothing about it is "ghetto". If you think thisis the ghetto than please stay at home. TRUST ME, if the area set off my "spidey senses" I would write about it. Actually, I wouldnt because I wouldn't go there. I'm very aware of my surroundings and I will not set foot in a trashy area or place that would attract sketchy folks. But this place doesnt. I see moms with theri daughters, college girls,people of all ethnicities,all languages spoken, dads, corporate women doing some after work shopping,etc. I havent seen anything that was bizarre or dangerous enough to be called "ghetto". The variety andquality of certain items might not be as good as other locations..but ghetto IT IS NOT. There is a Target nearby, Bjs, a bank,etc. Strategic placement of an area that brings lots of traffic. ou just have to know which days to come in. I have been in on days where there isnt much stuff. And days that I leave feeling that I robbed them, with the deal that I got!!! I usually gravitat towards the cosmetic and skincare section. I do not really go to clothes because I can find a waay better bargain on Ebay or Poshmark. I can find Calvin Klein for even leess on Ebay auction. But cosmetics usually stay around the same price, EVERYWHERE(online as well) and if you get a bargain on cosmetics, thats huge! I found a ABH peachy love blush trio for around $10 when it's usually double that price,not only at Sephora, but online sellers as well!! I found a bare minerals blush that I liked!! retails for $24! I got it for $6! I got a gorgeous lipstick from ABH for $6.48 when it retails for $18. So I purchased a high end lipstick for less than drugstore prices!!! ya'll know Maybelline,Revlon,etc are starting to be Sephora price! I've purchased a truck load of skincare products and some makeup...$62!! wow What I will say is this!!! Im sick of people destroying cosmetics or products in general. I saw alot of that. Thats disrespectful for others that will be coming after you. Im always sitting there trying to rearrange producs and put them where therye suppossed to be. But it pisses me off to no end to see someone destroy a eyeshadow palette or smash in a lipstick on clearance. Someone could of bought that you know? have some respect and common courtesy..Karma is no joke. Youre an adult! act like it . I picked up a hair serm that was literally empty because some jerk squeezed the contents out on purpose! just to be a pain! read more

So this is apparently the ghetto Marshalls. I usually go to the Glenmont one, but I was in the area and needed a bag, so I decided to come here. The quality of their bags is terrible. "Designer" bags that feel like cheap knockoffs or re-sells (i.e. glued-in lining, stitching coming loose so that the whole bag would fall apart if you tried to put anything in it). In addition to that, I was called to a register before the cashier was finished with the last customer. He wasn't anywhere near finished, either. I stood at the register (that I was called to twice) for over five minutes while the two people behind me were called to available registers and checked out. I finally abandoned my potential purchases and left. I've never had this problem with any of the other Marshalls in the area; I won't be shopping at this one again. read more

My wife and I would go on dates to Marshalls. The $20-$30 that we would spend at the movies, can instead send you home with delicious jams and preserves in European glassware, brand name clothing, electronics and home accessories, even brands such as Le Creuset and All Clad make their appearance here. There's no guarantees on what will be available on any given day, a bit like going to a garage sale where everything is new with the tag on. read more

I love Marshall's as you never know what sort of random great deal you may find. This store is typical of most but is more disorganized than a lot of other's I've visited. The store also seems a bit too small for the amount of stuff they try to stock it with. It's a little chaotic in here. My mother enjoys the little seating area in the front of the where she can relax while I continue shopping. read more
