I asked for buffalo and mayo which was good addition (and they kindly provided on request) but I think if they had an option to make it like a "hot chicken" or just dress with buffalo sauce, gravy or even cheese that would make it the bomb. There were 4 different soups to choose from and all of the normal salad bar items. The pickled beets were really good. The skin of the fried chicken was soft from being in the steam table. Nothing crunchy left. Our waitress was very friendly and checked on a few times. Lunch for 3 adults and a kid was $70 plus tip.

Our server was extremely attentive despite how busy the place was. All of the other customers were locals of the tiny town and surrounding areas. As we clearly looked like our of towners (and were probably 35 years younger than the average age) a lot of people came to say hi to us and told us that we had to stay for the music and dancing that they had at 6pm.
