Many times I selected the wrong option and was transferred right back to the directory. Don't bother pushing zero for an operator! Once I'm able to negotiate the phone system I'm still unable to speak with a human. You can leave all the messages you want but it doesn't guarantee a phone call back. It's very frustrating when you are dealing with medical issues and just seeking clarity.

I first met Dr. Lee a few weeks prior to my procedure. At our mandatory meeting in her office, she discussed the procedure and all the possible risks involved. She also answered any and all questions that I had. After meeting with Dr. Lee in person, my apprehension were put at ease ! I found Dr. Lee to be bubbly and full of energy ! My husband and I were very upset at the prospect of starting with a new doctor however when we met Dr Aldrich we were extremely happy because he has the same type of personality as our previous doctor. What I love about him the most is he doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or scared, he tries to look at the symptoms and take the easiest treatment to see if it works. He is always available, very compassionate and easy to talk to. My husband is a difficult patient, but Dr Aldrich knows exactly how to deal with him.
