Not recommended: Dr. Ketan Kittur…read more I do not recommend Dr. Ketan Kittur. During my first appointment, instead of taking the time to review my medical history and understand the reason for my visit, he told me that he did not have much time because he had other patients to see. This was despite the fact that he had said the appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes. He left after only about 9 minutes. When I tried to explain the reason for my problem, he gave me very brief and dismissive answers, repeatedly saying that it was "normal," without taking the time to properly evaluate or explain the situation. His helper was also very rude and unpleasant. Overall, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was rushed through the appointment. I would not recommend this doctor based on my experience.

Since then, errors have been made on my long term medications, but worst of all, their phone system only works 50% of the time. If you do get through, there is no option to speak to anybody. They have acknowledged their phone system is wonky but it's been a year and it hasn't been fixed. I'd hate to give up the people who know me and who have cared for me for twenty years but this is becoming untenable. If a medical practice won't answer phones I'm not sure what use they can be to patients. They have a messaging system but they require three working days for a response.
