I truly recommend Swanson McArthur Physical Therapy for anyone . I first saw Quinn back in 2022,…read moreand although I tried a few other corporate physical therapy clinics closer to my home afterward, they simply didn't compare to the quality of care here running by a privately owned clinic. I find myself going back to Quinn. Trust me - it's worth the extra driving. The systems they have in place are excellent and make every visit efficient. My typical routine involved a session with Quinn, followed by guided exercises with a Physical Therapy Aide. I usually spent over an hour there each time, and it always felt like time well spent. What sets Quinn apart is his exceptional attention to detail--he truly listens and hones in on exactly where the pain is coming from. Beyond his expertise, he has a fantastic sense of humor and is incredibly quick-witted. He makes a productive recovery process actually enjoyable. The entire atmosphere is fun and welcoming; it's just a great environment to be in. If you want results and a team that genuinely cares, this is the place to go!

Pulling into there, friendly exterior with ample parking and a warm feeling. Entering the building and finding it to be also warm, especially when I was greeted at the window with a smile and some kind words it only got better as I started my therapy with Madeline... An angel with a sweet voice and demeanor I only wish I could remember all the names of all the beautiful people that were helpful to me... God bless you all, and know that I am doing so much better because of you!

Dr. Chima is fantastic, as is his MA, Charity!…read more I've been going to this office for a few years and Dr. Chima has always been a wealth of knowledge, understanding, patient and thorough. Charity is ALWAYS happy and cheerful The front office staff is not super warm - well not really warm at all.. and they don't exhibit great eye contact which is a pet peeve of mine considering I used to do that same job years ago... but it's a small price to pay for the physician and his support staff.

But I recently saw Dr. Harris for a pre-op visit before knee surgery and was very uncomfortable with the experience. He made an unprofessional comment after confirming that I had a C-section, saying it made me a "real woman." That was inappropriate and hurtful. Especially given my birth trauma that resulted in the section. He made some other hurtful comments about other issues during the exam. He did say, I hope you don't take offense so he understands some level of social protecol. His manner throughout the appointment was also extremely awkward. His responses felt delayed and disconnected, which made it hard to feel confident in his care. Overall, the visit felt impersonal and more focused on billing and routine checkboxes than on individualized medicine. I left feeling uncomfortable and unseen and will be going elsewhere.

Hello, to you, who is reading this post. I am a retired (21 yrs) US Army Vet, with eleven (11)…read moresurgeries and six (6) in the last six (6) years on seven (7) body locations (both hips at the same time) with two (2) foot surgeries (2014 & 2019) and Dr Kazak performing my foot surgery (Morten's Neuroma) December of 2019. I know you "KNOW" pain that is indescribable, inconceivable and not understandable by many who have no pain! Whether you are considering surgery for the first time or you've already had surgery(ies), Dr Kazak is not only a "GREAT" surgeon (I no longer suffer with the pre-surgery pain), his "BEDSIDE MANNER" is AWESOME! During my consult, where I first met him, his personality and aura was very cordial, nurturing and inviting. He made me feel like I was a friend as we spoke; someone who you could hang out with on a weekend. He provided me with a personal direct contact number which he responded to "ALWAYS" and in a TIMELY manner. He truly is in the business of healing and nurturing, not only physically but also metaphysically. It can be very intense, cause much anxiety and possibly scary to go-under-the-knife, but knowing that your surgeon is truly concerned with your wellbeing can/will sooth the entire medical experience. DR KAZAK IS IT!

I spoke with a handful of Physical therapists including Dustin at Grit Fitness. Pricing and availability for everyone was about the same across the board. Dustin got my attention based off how genuine he sounded over the phone. It didn't seem like he was trying to sell himself just to get another client. During my initial visit Dustin, he was able to interpret my MRI results and come up with a plan for recovery. We started with mobility and stretching then gradually over time threw in exercises with increased load/stress. He was very thorough with explaining how the knee worked, what was affected and how we can build my strength/confidence back up. Overall Dustin will give you all the experience and knowledge he has for recovery. You just have to take that first step and give him a call.

This is my second time seeing Dustin, as he treated me for a surgically repaired shoulder a few years ago. Now, he's helping me work through a few injuries that weren't due to a specific event, but rather progressed over time, and are difficult to find ways to pinpoint treatment for -- unless you take your time and peel back the layers, which is exactly what Dustin does. You don't feel like you're just another number with Dustin -- he listens to your questions and provides hands on advisement during exercises. I couldn't recommend Dustin enough.
