Each visit, I'd have immediate relief; however, after a few days, the pain would return as bad as before. I made an appointment easily online and was able to schedule a massage within 2 days! Carina gave me a 65 minute massage and it was soo nice. She talked me through a lot of the tightness and issues I was having. Don't get me wrong, the massage hurts - a lot. But it's good pain when they massage areas you are unable to with a massage roller/gun. Right after the massage, I scheduled my 2nd appointment!
