Well I ended up at Walmart and their price was about .25 cents more, but there were there when I needed them and they loaded the tank in my car. Currently our tank is empty - we failed to realize the tank was so low. That part is clearly our responsibility. We contacted Amerigas on Dec 26 to request a refill. The offshore call center gave us a window for delivery of Dec 27 - Jan 2. Today is Jan 6 and we have not heard anything about scheduling a delivery. We have called the call center daily. We have been assured that the issue has been escalated, but we are going into another weekend without gas. I do not recommend this company. There seems to be no way to talk to a local representative. Even the call centered admitted that they do not have two way communications with the local reps. It's very ironic that the company name is "Ameri"gas when you cannot talk to someone stateside about your issues.

A perfect example of their scrupulous honesty is my vehicles air conditioner. I was certain there was a leak and it turned out that I hadn't been using enough Freon to properly charge the system.
