I wish I could give zero stars…read more.. On February 15th, my employee "purchased" a part from this establishment that was supposed to be delivered via UPS. To this day it has never arrived; we have never received a tracking number in spite of multiple requests; we have never received a return call in spite of multiple requests; we have not received a credit in spite of multiple requests. Today I was forced to contact my credit card company, to report this transaction as fraudulent, and to receive a credit from them for a part never received. At one point this yard even stated that UPS was to blame as they delivered it to the wrong yard. I will never use this yard again. Well, I guess I was the only one "used" the first time...

When I went to start the car up, there was a ton of white smoke pouring out of the exhaust. My initial thought was maybe it is gray indicating the mixture is too lean, but my fear was that the head gasket was blown. Then I started to hear noises coming form the radiator and sure enough, there are bubbles in the overflow. Checked the compression and sure enough the middle two cylinders are well below minimum. Called the company to let them know that the description they provided was incorrect and they guy was baffled that a person would call back 4 months later when I told him that I just got the engine in due to all the parts that had to be ordered. I was told by them that the engine was in good working condition when I bought it. To me a blown head gasket is not good working condition, but hey what do I know. To absolutely confirm that it is a blown head gasket and not the rings or the valves I will do a leak down test, but either way that is still not a good working condition engine.
