I rented 30 chairs from them.I was very busy preparing for a birthday party. I went there and…read morereceived the chairs. I rushed home planning the party came back the next day to give every chair I had when I got there. They said I only had 26 that I somehow misplaced them or took them . I proceeded to say that I didn't have them because that's all I had. I live blocks away. Why would I have four chairs that I didn't need to continue to tell me how I should've counted absolutely next time I ever go anywhere else I will count them because of a bad experience I had with them. I thought I was OK, but unfortunately, I had to pay for four chairs that they never gave me. They didn't have the chairs prepared for me when I picked them up and I paid $80 for $1.25 rental never again.

I've waited a few weeks to think this through.. All I asked…read morein the end was where were the orchids we discussed? I was told the circled pic Erica sent the showed were "under bloomed" orchids. Because they last longer. Why would you send a flower to last longer going to the cemetary 2 hours later? I wasn't asking for a refund, just an answer to where are the orchids in these arrangements? In retrospect, the disrespect to expect me to accept the lie, "yes there were orchids" is what is most upsetting. Just say for whatever reason you couldn't source cymbidium orchids, you underbid, and they came in over budget, (if you had called me and said any of those prior to event, I prob would have been amenable and upped the budget.) This just to say, I had high hopes to spread good news. I asked for spectacular. The arrangements were pretty, but, meh. Be cautious when you deal with this company and the "portal vision board" my wishes and their picture express are NOT what I recieved.

I absolutely adored my bouquet (will post photo). Every flower arrangement and boutenniere and bouquet were perfect and exceeded my expectations. I did not have a large budget for flowers but you would not have known it from the elegance and class in every single arrangement. My table centerpieces were understated and elegant - I was so not into the giant, view-obstructing centerpieces - and at $25 a table were extremely budget-friendly. I would highly recommend Blumgarten to any bride with any range of budget - small or large, Blumgarten will do a fabulous job. Their customer service is terrific, too. High class, high style is what you will get!

In the end I decided to get a white, a blue, and a brown rose that are gorgeous, smell wonderful, and are so unique. The woman working was very helpful and wrapped up my three simple roses beautifully with a ribbon and extra sprig of some delicate pinkish flower which made it feel extra special. She didn't know it, but I bought the roses to commemorate someone very dear to me, and that extra detail along with the beautiful flowers did a lot to lift my spirits on a difficult day. Next time I am in need of a full arrangement I will definitely be visiting them again!

This is an amazing local florist that creates beautiful custom bouquets and floral arrangements for…read moreall occasions. I had been wanting to try this business for quite some time and finally had the perfect reason when my neighbor celebrated her 50th birthday. I immediately turned to Fleurish for a custom bouquet arrangement. The online ordering process was smooth and easy to navigate. However, I would have appreciated more customization options during checkout. It would be nice to have the ability to make specific requests, such as preferred colors or particular flowers, when placing an order online. The post-purchase process was a bit confusing. Although I received an email confirming my order, the status still showed "pending fulfillment." Concerned that there might be an issue, I called shortly after the store opened on the day of pickup. The representative explained that orders are not updated or marked as fulfilled until the pickup date. It would be helpful if that information were included in the confirmation email to avoid confusion. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was the only customer at the counter. The representative retrieved my arrangement and added a bow, but she was unable to locate my custom-written note. While she searched around the counter area, she assisted two other customers before returning to my order. After waiting several minutes, I eventually gave up on the note and simply requested a blank card. Despite those minor issues, the floral arrangement itself was beautiful and well received. I also learned that the shop can be rented for private parties and events, and they host a monthly activity that costs around $90, which sounds like a fun and unique experience for flower lovers. Overall, Fleurish offers gorgeous floral designs and a welcoming local business experience. With a few improvements to communication and order customization, the customer experience would be even better.
