Everything about this hotel is fine. I was unexpectedly in Phoenix for a night and stayed here. Nothing stands out for me to write anything significant about this hotel. Rooms are clean, employees are nice enough, and that's pretty much it. Thank you for your attention to this matter lol.

Great hotel by the airport. Jasmine was very friendly and made the check in process seamless. The airport shuttle runs 24hrs. The room was clean and there were food options at the hotel.

Very close to the airport nice lounge breakfast. Rooms are nice size, average sized pool. Large patio area and food onsite is great. Housekeeping will come in if your sign isn't on the door, the took a few things and they didn't understand English so I was a bit challenging finding out who did and where my things were I did eventually. Would stay here again.

I travel for work each week and was impacted by yesterday's global outage, meaning I was stuck in Mesa/Phoenix overnight. I was able to secure a last-minute booking at this Marriott and enjoyed a nice, quite, cool night in a clean, comfy room rather than sitting at the airport waiting for my plane to keep getting delayed, and eventually cancelled. I took a swim in their absolutely beautiful outdoor pool, bright at early as the heat is wild again today, going up to 110 degrees. Staff is very welcoming and they were able to get me checked in and into my room swiftly, which was awesome as their computer system was also impacted by the outage. The Bonvoy Elite lounge is closed on weekends, so I was not able to check that out. Nice and quite, clean, near the airport. A good stay! I'd come here again if I needed a hotel close to the airport.

This feels like an older Marriott hotel, so the rooms are larger than your newer hotels. There seems to be plenty of parking and the location is convenient to 202 freeway and close to the airport. The elevators are older, but they come pretty quickly. The lobby looks like it was renovated and has some nice seating areas. The front desk doesn't seem to be staffed constantly, so use mobile check in if you can. They are serious about the check out time. Housekeeping knocked on my door 10 minutes before check out. When I told her I was almost ready to go, she seemed annoyed.

Beautiful hotel minutes from the Phoenix airport. Wonderful restaurant inside with great service and food. There is a market if you just want to grab something quickly.

Great hotel and close to the airport . Parking was easy , mobile check in and ended up ordering room service . If you have time , take advantage of the pool , it was empty and warm :)

Stayed at this hotel so that we would be close to the airport plus they have a shuttle which can take you to the airport. Shuttle comes every half hour. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. She took my name for the shuttle to ensure I'd have a place and he brought us water. We went up to the room and after settling in decided a swim was in order. I was a little sad that the pool isn't heated as the day had cooled and the water was cool until you swam a few laps. And no hot tub. The gym is only available by appointment so if you want to use it, reserve your spot. We still enjoyed being outdoors since Colorado was snowing and my friends were all jealous. The shower was my favorite of all the ones we encountered during our time in Arizona. I loved the color of the large tiles and the shower handle being on the opposite side from the shower head so my hair remained dry easier when turning off the water. Also the towel holder being close to the shower stall. Only thing better would have been if it was located by the door which opened. The bed and pillows were average. The patio area was amazing as we could sit outside and watch the planes taking off. Downside to our room was being above the freeway and the traffic was loud. Even on the 12th floor it was loud. Between that and the weird, extremely loud thumping noise originating from the square bolted door on the wall which occurred all night at intervals, sleep was disrupted. And the front desk person didn't offer anything to make up for that only to tell us that others on our floor had also complained. Seriously? Maybe do something to fix it? The hotel also does not offer a complimentary breakfast which made me extremely grumpy. They have breakfast but you have to pay for it. Even coffee has to be paid for. Really? The shuttle came and Junior, who had also helped us the day before, drove the shuttle. He helped me onto the van and put away our luggage. He definitely is someone who does his best to provide excellent customer service everytime. I appreciated his professionalism and can do attitude. Let me say that I would have rated them four stars if I could have gotten some sleep that night or if they had said they were looking into the issue and offered some points. And if coffee was complimentary.

The property is beautiful to walk around, with all the landscaping, flowers and trees; some of them are marked with what kind of plant they are. There are century plants and aloe and various cacti. The fitness center is located at the spa. It has windows which open up onto the pool, which is a more private pool than the main pool. The staff is outstanding. Savannah, who ran the front desk on my most recent visit, is absolutely amazing and really helped with any questions or small issues with my stay. The restaurant is wonderful for the hotel breakfast. I recommend having cocktails there too. You can see a beautiful sunset from the bar. I love the open design of this hotel resort because it makes you feel like you're in the countryside and you can admire the beautiful views of Camelback as you walk around the grounds and hear birds chirping. It's so relaxing. Parking is easy and you can usually find a spot right outside your casita room as the parking circles the hotel. Toiletries in the room smell so good! Lavender with sea salt. It's really like staying in a spa! One of my favorite experiences at this hotel was taking a late afternoon outdoor class at the spa/gym on the large lawn where we did stretching/light resistance training with the the sunset behind Camelback Mountain as the backdrop. It was glorious. I definitely recommend trying one of the classes or "experiences" if you stay here. Some of them you have to pay extra for, but a few of them are included with your room rate. At first glance the hotel interiors and architecture seem extremely simple and minimal, but then you realize it's actually all a piece of mid-century modern inspired art. It's really fun to walk around and admire all the understated design details at this hotel.

We received great customer service here and were satisfied with our room. The lazy river is relaxing and there are so many pools and the resort is clean. We were allowed early check in which was wonderful after a 5 hour drive. So why the 3 stars? We ordered a couple of pizzas, chicken wings and a couple of beers at the food place, at the pool, located by the water slides. The guy who rang us up was friendly, but when we came to close out, he told me gratuity was automatic and to just sign for it (I was charging it to my room). I asked him "gratuity is automatic? " He said yes. I didn't think much of it and signed for it and got my receipt and went on about my day. But as I was looking at my receipt, it gave me a gratuity option at the bottom, which made me realize gratuity should not have been automatic. I confirmed with the front desk that gratuity is up to the customer. She did credit my room for the amount of the gratuity that he gave himself. In the end, it is not about the gratuity because I was going to tip him regardless. For me, it's the principal.

Again I tipped 25% My phone has text alert and I noticed the bill was $42.62 for what should have been $22.00 max I bought it to my bar tenders attention and she was working things out on the registry and came back with a receipt that didn't have prices just my order but she had added 1 extra beer. I told her it was wrong and she said it wasn't that the first time she had only charged me for 2 beers and this was my third beer. I did not want to argue so I left it at that but I couldn't sleep thinking about it. I mean dang I even tipped her good. The next day I reached out. To management I don't mind taking care of my servers and I'm always a good tipper. But I don't like being taken advantage of because they think I had a few drinks. Or they think I won't notice extra things. This is not okay. The hotel you check into is supposed to be a safe place like home to enjoy a drink or two. The management offered to refund the first bill of 52.18. But I told him I just wanted what I was over charged refunded plus my tips. At this point I feel she had the chance to correct my bill and make things right but she chose to make me feel like I was in the wrong. After the manager added my first bill up after I told him what I had ordered it turns out she charged 4 beers the first time and not just my 3 and way over charged me the second time. This is a great place to stay but keep an eye on what you order. More so late at night. Also my hot wings were cold in the center but I didn't even mention it to her at the time. As a solo traveler who had just made that drive, being able to walk straight to a room and crash was everything. He took a few minutes to catch me up on what had changed since my last stay; the breakfast situation being the highlight of that conversation, which turned out to be... relevant. The next morning, after a rough experience at breakfast, I mentioned something at the front desk and Donna, the front-end manager, stepped in immediately, not defensively, but genuinely wanting to understand what happened and make it right. That kind of accountability is rare. Saturday night brought a similar hiccup at the bar, and Sayan handled it the same way: professionally, without hesitation.
